Mucho Burrito

I’m visiting the area and decided to give this place a shot. The people were great but the food, not so much. I got the beef burrito and there was not much flavor at all. If it’s this place or another you should just go somewhere else.

Four people from my family ate burritos from this place. Three of us, including myself got food poisoning. After doing a little research I read other reviews saying the same thing, showing that this is a reoccurring theme at not just this location but others too. Be weary as the food is good but the food poisoning ruined the experience for us, and understandably so.

It’s located in the shopping mall, next to one of the entrances. It’s kind of difficult to order (as so often nowadays) — many questions for many not so important options. But the food was really good in the end and also pretty fast. Fresh ingredients, clean place, friendly team, so 5 stars.

I work in the mall and whenever I don’t want to wait forever and a day for food in the food court, I always come to Mucho Burrito! They are fast and the quality of the food is actually really great. I would probably say it’s better than chipotle. They also have tilapia and shrimp as meat options and the shrimp is so good!!!
They are basically comparable to chipotle in almost every way, such as portion size and price. Guac is actually cheaper here also! Everyone here is also super friendly and fast and they seem to enjoy their jobs much more than the people working at chipotle lol

I don’t know what was going on with the ladies who were there but they were pretty rude to me and my family. Lady at the counter rolled her eyes when I asked for one burrito. Their manager was taking up a whole table doing her paperwork when there are only 4 small tables in whole place. Isn’t there a back office? Anyway, I can’t say this is indicative of the service all the time but it was my experience and I will never go there again.

Love coming in here. Their food is so much better than chipotle and the prices are great.

A friend of mine who lives in Renton went here and really liked it. That was sometime ago and just now I got around to making it here to give it a try. While it seems that they are best known for their burritos I got their three taco tray instead for a lighter meal. The set up is similar to a Chipolte or a Qudoba but the ingredients, especially the pico de gallo tasted fresher than those other chain restaurants and was an enjoyable little detour on my little tour through Renton.

Just eat here yesterday and got food poisoning ! If I was you do not eat here ! I had a chicken burrito and either the chicken was bad or something within the burrito that made me sick. Will never eat here again ! Gross

This place is super delicious. I often prefer this over Chipotle because the flavor seems a little more authentic. I love getting a veggie burrito with chips and salsa on the side. I wish there were more locations!

This place has its pros and cons as all do.
Pro: The food was good and cheap
Con: The woman serving me touched her hair with her glove (kinda defeats the purpose)
I had to ask when the peppers were going to be ready and she didn’t know, then put them on to cook.
They don’t mark their burritos and I’m vegan so my brother had to bite into both burritos to figure out which one was which.
Overall, I think I would go back because Chipotle gets old and their food was good and tasted fresh. If they get their systems down and have more communication between the staff, the experience would have been a lot smoother.

I just ate here and the food was good until a long strand of hair came out of it towards the end. When I told the lady about it, she said it could of been from my wife. I was just shocked she tried to blame my wife and I had to calm my wife down from beating her ass haha. Anyways I got my money back and I’m full.

Love this place! The new management is much better than before! Their ingredients taste fresh and are much tastier than Chipotle and other similar burrito restaurants. I also like that they put it in this press that toasts the outside a little which helps keep the burrito from falling apart. If burritos are not your thing, they have tacos, salads, quesadillas and nachos and a variety of burrito sizes to choose from instead of just HUGE. It’s right inside the doors of the mall so it’s super convenient if you don’t want to actually walk through the mall for food. They also have outdoor seating which will be nice during the summer! I’ve worked in the mall for 5 years and this is the best place to eat in the mall by far.

Sometimes we forget about this place since it’s not located in the food court. We ordered nachos and a burrito to share. Both were fresh and flavorful. The salsa was too oniony for me. Seating is limited but they do have a few tables just outside the entrance.

I wasn’t looking for much out of a Mexican place in a mall, but boy was I in for a treat! This place was so good and had such great service. I tried the special pineapple carnitas tacos which were a slam dunk. I just regret not getting one of the chicken and chorizo tacos. I wish I had found this place before my last night here in town.

I found this place searching for a Chipotle Grill. They have it in Google as a Chipotle location so I went in an tried it since it was about ¼ mile from my location. The food seems to be fresh but the chicken is not like Chipotle. I alway get a burrito bowl and so I ordered the same thing. It was not a good as Chipotle and about the same price.

Super tasty food. Get the quesadilla — I don’t think I’ve ever had one that’s better.

Great team of workers that are usually pretty friendly. Most importantly though: the food is amazing!
I actually prefer Mucho Burrito over Chipotle now (thought nothing could beat Chipotle but MB proved me wrong)

Better than Chipotle. Yes! They re-​opened and are under new management. My go to place for spicy grilled chicken salad. Best loaded nachos in the mall. Great for hangovers. They serve cold beer too!

I use to work in the mall and it was the closest thing to my location so eating here happened probably 3 – 4 times a week average. Which was never regretted… Well sometimes but that’s because I have no self control.
Recently they made some questionable menu changes: Raised the prices, changed the soup, and a few other things. But I’m definitely still a fan. Was really mad about the soup thing until I complained about it and they told they can still make it, it’s just not on the menu any more. So if you’re in the mood for really good soup ask them for the old bigger style. It’s a really good broth and you can compile your own ingredients into it.
Now, everything is made in front of you similar to chipotle or subway if some how you’ve never been there. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Don’t be afraid to ask them to throw in a little more of anything you’d want more of like the meat, every now and then there’s a new employee that doesn’t put quite enough chicken in and I’ll remind them I want more and it’ll be no problem.
The burrito comes in three sizes. The mucho is huuuge. I feel like it’s silly to get anything smaller then that. But there goes my lack of self control showing again.
Breakfast burritos, Quesadillas, tacos, burrito bowls are also very good. I can’t not talk about the fiery ghost chilli pepper sauce. That stuff is no joke. And a very flavorful kind of spicy too. If you think you can handle heat it’s a must have.
The service is also good. I’ve never been disappointed. They also have a happy hour with buckets of beer after nine pm. YEEEAAHHH BOYY!
