My steak burrito was cold, the soft tortilla was under cooked and it was half the size of the same burrito at a California. I ate about a third of it before tossing it in the trash can. Just as well, at least I didn’t get sick.

They dont listen. I asked to. drain the liquid out of my beans and Pico, she scoops with all the liquid so the burrito is then soggy.

I’m one of those kinda people that want to try out a place after the Washington State Health Dept. tells the public to use discretion due to cases of people getting food poisoning. I’m talking about places like Chipotle after it volunteered to shut it’s Western WA locations not too long ago with their delicious e. coli burritos, Jimmy Johns with the sprouts, or my favorite awhile back when you could get yourself a «yumbo-yack with cheese» at Jack in the Crack back in the late 90s e. coli scare. Yup, I showed up each time ready to throw down after people were peeling over from sickness. Why do I attempt to play with death? Now I won’t give a place a try if there’s roaches or if word has been said that the place is serving cat meat when it’s supposed to be chicken because the meat is puuuurrrfect! Nah uh! This was my first time giving Chipotle a try. I’m a die-hard Taco Time eater and it was hard to get myself to give Chipotle a try. Please don’t tell the fine folks at Taco Time NW that I was at Chipotle a few days ago. Okay, my friend swore to god that Chipotle was«BAE» but now look where that fool is at… he won’t even eat at Chipotle nowadays! These fools ain’t loyal! Seriously! I can honestly say that I’m a big fan of Chipotle and I look foward for my next visit! I haven’t peeled over since then and did not experience any of the bubble guts afterwards. I got myself the burrito flour wrap with the seasoned chicken and it was puuuuurrrfect! lol

Ordered the sofritas bowl. Food was okay, because the young lady’s scoops weren’t very good. I asked for the fajitas veggies and she gave me half the size of the scoop and wasn’t really happy to be there. She didn’t smile or say anything to me after she finished putting the scoops of stuff in. I on the other hand, said thank you after she walked away. Kinda sad that your customer has a better attitude than the worker. I work in the food industry and no matter how crappy of a day I have, I would never show that lack of communication to people that come and eat at my work. Anyway, she needs an attitude adjustment. Won’t be coming to this location again. I’ll stick with other options in this food court.

I don’t like this. A one star review. We like Chipotle a lot. I mean its filling, tastes good and leaves you smiling, right? We don’t have one anywhere near us out on the Olympic Peninsula. We sought one out after flying back into SeaTac. Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest Chipotle we have ever been in. What’s even more amazing is how many workers were out in the seating area lounging. It was after the dinner rush at 7:30pm or so but the place was beyond dirty and I’m a guy. It reminded us of the aftermath of a food fight. No one was cleaning tables and trash containers were overflowing. While I didn’t speak to anyone there I felt what the heck, I’ll contact Chipotle corporate via there website. They were actually very quick to respond but didn’t seem to get how one store can take down a brand one customer at a time. They just offered a burrito coupon to make up for it. This is a simple case of bad management and no oversight. Chipotle doesn’t franchise so whoever oversees this store is letting them continue.

I much rather prefer the Chipotles that aren’t in a food court because everything is slightly better. My experience at the Chipotle located in the food court wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great either. There was no line around 5:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night. There were two people working total at the time, and they were pretty slow. The scoops of food they were putting into my burrito were a lot smaller than a typical Chipotle… especially given I’m paying extra for guacamole. The effort from the employees was minimal, there was no customer service, and my burrito was poorly wrapped(very loosely wrapped which caused a big mess). The taste was consistent with what I craved from Chipotle, so that was probably the only positive. I’ll probably return sometime in the future if I’m craving it again, but there’s another Chipotle down the street that I’d probably go to over the mall food court. I don’t expect much from a food court, so my expectations were not exceeded.

The Chipotle here is alright. This is located inside the Southcenter Mall in the food court. I ordered a Chicken Burrito, and the young girl put a generous amount of rice AND chicken. She also put a generous amount of mild salsa, beans, and GUAC. I hate it when they are stingy with the Guacamole because that’s an extra ingredient that costs extra, but they did not put a stingy amount; She put just the right amount. One thing I do not like though is that the lines here are usually long, and yes, the tables here are messy. I do not know if the young girls here should be cleaning the tables, or if the Mall management janitors should be cleaning them or not. But there is really no excuse for dirty and messy tables. Prices here are more or less than other Chipotles, but my total was slightly less than what I get in Dallas, well because I was in Seattle.

I love chipotle and I was so excited to finally get some after 3 weeks without it, but this was a horrible experience and I will never return. I asked for a steak bowl with white rice and pinto beans– they gave me half the normal proportion of rice(which was WAY over cooked) and about 5 pieces of steak. Then when I asked for a «little bit of hot sauce» the guy gave me such a small drop that there might as well not have been anything. Then he laughed at me sarcastically when I asked for a little more and proceeded to give me a huge scoop. He also drowned it in sour cream and guacamole. So I wound up with a bowl that was half the normal size and so creamy that I basically just had a chip dip. And when my wife ordered hers she got to the last part and asked for«lettuce, guacamole, and just a little bit of hot sauce» so the hot sauce guy completely stopped and said«we can’t do that. You know you started from the wrong side right? You have to start from this side and tell me the sauce first. You don’t start with lettuce.» and then it actually took him a few minutes of looking around and talking to the guy next to him to decide how to do it. Finally he just started by putting them on in the right order(it was 3 ingredients– there was no reason he couldn’t figure that out on his own) and then drenched her food in hot sauce after she asked for just a little too!!! When she complained all he did was shrug and tell her«oh». I’m so mad that they don’t wear name tags so that I could know who the sauce guy was– he was so rude to both of us and he completely ignored our order. I just wish chipotle did corporate surveys so I could let them know what an undertrained, rude staff this place has. WHYDONTTHEYKNOWTHEPROPORTIONS!!! All I got was a bad chip dip that left me hungry afterwords– something that no other chipotle has ever managed– and a bitter taste in my mouth from that sarcastic, smug sauce boy. Awful service.

The food was flavorful and I liked how the children’s food was served, in special plates so they could make their own burritos. HOWEVER, the place was disgusting. I couldn’t find a clean place to sit. I watched other people wander around looking for a place to sit, trying to decide if they could fit in between the rice smeared on the table and the beans strewn on the floor. REALLY? It’s not that hard to sweep and wipe tables. Great tasting place. Good food.

I am a chipotle lover, but This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The rice is always uncooked, they never remember to hear my tortilla when I order my burrito, the salsa is mushy and runny, and the list goes on and on. Everytime I come here, something on my order tastes terrible or is not right. Corporate chipotle needs to come to this location and clean house.

This Chipotle honestly sucks! My sister and I got a bowl little rice, meat, green onions, and lettuce. But they gave us 2 times more hot sauce and sour cream. Our food was drowning in the sour cream which sucked. We wasted our money on little portions! I will never be eating at this Chipotle again.

The scoops they gave me were big and people were really nice. But why I gave it a three star was because some of the food wasn’t thoroughly cooked. Rice and beans were really hard. Chicken was soggy, and the corn was still hard to bite. But overall they did decent with portions.

Delicious! Stopped here with the family. We were out of town and visiting the area. It was a little difficult to find because we didn’t expect it to be part of a food court. Service was good and the food was good. Everything you would expect from a chipotle.

Regular at this location since I work in the mall. Just like any other Chipotle chain. I always come here on my lunch break since I like having quick service when I only get 30 minutes. Prices have bumped up recently, $ 6.70 if you choose to go with Chicken, Veggie or Sofritas(tofu). $ 7.40 for Steak, Barbacoa and Carnitas. Quesadillas are only $ 5.80! The melted cheese will most definitely melt your heart.

This is the worst Chipotle I have visited by far. I showed up yesterday at 8:45pm and asked if I could order and the cashier pretended that the cash register didn’t work just so I couldn’t order food. Way to ruin my night !

I like the fact that there is another option in the food court to get something to eat. I think I am more of a Qdoba fan but Chipotle comes in close second. I’ve eaten at this Chipotle couple time this past week. I love their chips and will admit the other day I bought a bag and snuck it into the movies. On my first visit I had the burrito bowl which I enjoyed and will order again. On my next visit I ordered the meat quesadilla and was a little bothered by the fact that I wanted them to add pico to my quesadilla. Even thought I asked for pico to be added, I was told they don’t do that and plus it wouldn’t taste good. I am in my 50s and I have some young sh*t telling me I am not going to like having pico in my quesadilla. So I got my quesadilla with the pico on the side when I wanted it inside. I don’t like how they serve the quesadilla. At Qdoba they put it in a nice container. At Chipotle, the quesadilla wrapped up in aluminum foil and cooked(Qdoba doesn’t do this); then they unwrap the quesadilla, cut it up in fours, rewrap the quesadilla back up in the same foil it was cooked in, and then fold it in half. When you unwrap the quesadilla you have one big mess!

This chipotle is a complete JOKE. I don’t care if they just opened they should be aware of their serving sizes! I ordered a steak/barbacoa bowl and received about 5 pieces of steak and two shreds of barbacoa. Not to mention that the amount of rice I was given was like the amount of meat they should usually give which is 4 ounces. I expressed my concerns to the next girl on the assembly line and she looked at me with confusion. She didn’t even offer to add a bit more, I had to ASK. What kind of customer service is that? If I’m pissed about my food don’t look at me like I’m crazy. Even if I added lettuce and salsa this piece of shit bowl was like 8 ounces of NOTHING. I paid 7.43 for a small ass bowl of food and I was pissed. These employees did not care and were more worried about the two customers behind me. Yeah the food was good but the serving size was freaking ridiculous. I’ve never been so mad. I was really pumped about a chipotle being in the mall but this just totally ruined my experience. They are so stingy and rude! I can’t deal.

Finally, Chipotle opened at the food court. This will be my number one choice when I’m at the Southcenter Mall. The line was long but the service is fast, efficient and the food is great. Best part is there are a lot of seating in the food court. Chipotle is located between Johnny Rockets and Sarku.
