SKECHERS

Wow! What a great experience I had at Skechers! I spent half a day in the mall going from one shoe shop to another trying to find good shoes. Skechers has a smaller selection than many of the shops but they had good prices as well as a sale.
I found their shoes comfortable and very reasonably priced as well as exceptional service. I originally bought two pairs of shoes but had to exchange one pair today. On both occasions I encountered friendly and exceptional customer service from the two people I delt with. On the first visit I was dealing with a young man named Mark and he really went out of his way to help me. On the second visit when I had to exchange a pair I was also treated with the same great customer service by a young woman named Doreen. She was friendly through the whole process. When I exchanged them for a different pair she also honored the sale promotion price and I got an extra $ 16.00 credited to my account!
I will be honest I have been wearing Skate shoes and soccer shoes for years and was a bit skeptical about switching from my favorite brands. I am amazed at how comfortable these shoes are without having to pay extra money for inserts.
I would not only come back to this store but would also recommend it to anyone wanting to get shoes. The bigger stores didn’t even come close to treating me as well as Skechers. I liked that the staff were more personable and never got tired with bringing out boxes as I found in some other stores in the mall and in Seattle.
I couldn’t be happier with spending my money here. All shopping experiences should be this pleasant. Thank you Mark, Doreen and Skechers for making the selecting, purchasing and the exchange process so easy!

Went here last night and got myself two pairs of sneaker heels for the buy 1 get 1 half off deal. The lady that helped me was REALLY helpful and so friendly and personable. She was asian, I couldn’t get a clear look on her name tag but I believe it was «Na»? I think, she was Asian, slim, pretty, speaks very well.
Anywho, these are my first pair of sneaker heels and she was very helpful and the shoes are super comfortable! Who knew heels would be comfortable? =)
Good selection of shoes for everyone, women, men, children, great sales too!
Will come back again, their points member card is a good deal too. every $ 100 you spend you get $ 10 back and last night I spent $ 102 already! so I’m already there!

I’m not a fan of Skechers shoes so I won’t give it a low rating just because of my dislike of Skechers. Overall the store looks well organized and the service is attentive even though it was fairly crowded. There were probably 15 customers in there already before my wife and I walked in there and we were greeted within a minute or so. The workers were friendly without being overly sugary. If you like Skechers, this would seem like a great place to go. Lots of selection.
