Brock was super helpful! Helped me retighten my sunglasses so they fit my face better… I purchased these sunglasses at a different sunglass hut, but he was still willing to help me, Great establishment, greeted with a smile.

I did not buy anything in this store, but somehow got charged $ 216 on my credit card. Not necessary it was a store itself, but most likely a fraudulent activity using a copy of my credit card at this particular store. That all look just very weird.

I purchased a $ 75 Gift Card here as a gift and was told by the salesperson that it was refundable. I was unsure whether to purchase it since I had a couple other gift ideas already, but since I was assured it was refundable, I purchased it knowing I could bring it back if necessary. When I did find another gift, I returned to the store to get a refund for the Gift Card I bought and was denied. When I contacted their corporate customer service department, I did not hear back for 48 hours. In their response, the customer service representative somehow gathered that I lost my card and that the money on it could not be put on another Gift Card. It took them 48 hours to give me a bull crap answer that did not even pertain to my question. I would advise people to avoid this company entirely, as I know that I will never shop there again.

I’m not sure which location this one is located at. Considering there are two different locations in the mall. I love the Sunglass Hut by the kiosks, in the middle of the mall. The girl who worked there is awesome and gave superb customer service. But the the sunglass hut by the Oakley’s/Macy’s is terrible! I recently bought a pair of ray-bans from the store and it started to fit funny. So I decided to go in there and ask them to widen the frames for me. Immediately, the woman(she’s older and has a negative/poor attitude) started asking me where I bought it. I told her I bought it from her store and she started questioning it because her store only carried polarized frames(complete lie). Their policy never said anything about needing to PROVE that I bought a pair of sunglasses in this store(or did I miss this somewhere?) Anyway, she started bending my RAY-BANS and I was in complete shock — because who does that??! After widening my frames, she said, «This is as wide as I can get it…» And my BF bought the cleaning bottles they were selling awhile back and the store policy stated you’re able to receive free refills. Again, She was acting bitchy and pissy the whole time after refilling his bottle because we didn’t end up buying another pair of glasses. Sorry, but I can’t pull $ 300 out my ass everytime I go into this store. This store definitely needs to re-learn the definition of CUSTOMERSERVICE. No thanks. I’ll never PURCHASE anything from THIS store.
