The employees here suck. The first time I came in, I had asked for information about different kinds of BCAA’S and the employee was just going on and on about nonsense. The district manager came in and he broke a sweat! He was so nervous, he couldn’t even help me properly. I was like. I think it might make u look good that your helping me. and he just was so distracted. he couldn’t pay attention to my questions. Anyways. today I called to see if they have a sale on their BPI Aminos and the employee that picked up the phone was like.“I don’t know if we have a sale on them but I know we have them” LOL the hell! Lazy. I told him that did not help and hung up on him. Useless.

I just want to say the customer service in this store it’s terrible. I went there the manager, assistant manager and the african america women that work there were following us all over the store .they thought we are going to steal. We purchased almost $ 100. My massage for the manager please learn how to handle customers and please dont act so stupid.

Bright well lit, well stocked store. Items labeled well by category. Womens health, fitness, skin & hare products. A few individual trial size products which I love. Hate to buy a big can of protein powder to find it tastes like chalk.

Vitamin Shoppe is decent place to get your vitamins, work out supplements, and anything health related. One thing they have going for them is their WIDE selection of supplements. You want a thermogenic? They’ve got a whole aisle of them. Want protein isolates? They’ve got a section for just Whey. Then one for Mass. Then one for plant based(soy, pea, rice isolates). Then, even a section for the blossoming vegan specific proteins. I give props to Vitamin Shoppe for having probably the most thorough and wide range of supplements I’ve come across. I’m not giving this place a 5 star, or even a 4, for two specific reasons: 1. Pricing is fairly steep without a sale and they don’t have much going for Clearance buys like GNC typically does(meaning they retain their stock for some time). 2. The staff has never been terribly rude but isn’t terribly friendly either. They’re just… there. My suggestions on utilizing Vitamin Shoppe is if you are in the mood for a new product since they have a WIDE variety of options. Granted, you’ll likely pay much more than online or if you find the same item elsewhere. It’s just kind of nice to physically hold an item in your hand and feel the power of the impulse buy.

Great selection of vitamins and supplements, both brand name and Vitamin Shoppe brand. Prices are competitive and they tend to offer a lot of sales on various products. The store is a little bigger than GNC and Vitamin World, so they tend to carry a wider range of brands. One of the things I’ve noticed, though, is that the prices are not consistent with the prices on their website. The website tends to be a little less expensive, but the store will match the online price. I wish they offered a military discount, but they do have a Healthy Rewards loyalty program. The customer can accrue points throughout the year and once you reach 250 points, you will receive a $ 10 reward certificate to use on merchandise.

I went to this shop because it was on the way home and needed a type of vitamin. I found what I was looking for but I kinda had another question about muscle cramp in the leg and I’m glad I asked, Raymond thought about it for a second and knew right what I needed, he was very knowledge and helpful. After purchase he told me if it didn’t work in a couple days bring it back and we will try something else which was really considerate and nice. The purchase couldn’t of made me happier now knowing that it was worth the money because my leg is feeling so much better in a matter of minutes. Thanks.

Excellent selection of supplements, but the in store prices have gotten ridiculous lately. Selection = Fantastic * A lot of major brand names available for protein powders, weight gainers, shakes, etc. * A good variety of herbal supplements. Price = Not consistent * The prices are competitive online, but the in store prices are much higher(almost double on some products). * The best way to order is online, and wait for the«free shipping over $ 50» or «10% total purchase» email promos. Competition * There are a ton of online supplement stores:
etc. I recommend signing up for their email coupons/promos. * Other local store locations, also over priced, includes Super Supplements and GNC. Free Membership = Worth signing up for They also have a point system if you do the free membership. Last year I spent almost $ 400 at Vitamin Shoppe(mostly online), and I got a $ 10 coupon. The coupons go higher at every $ 500 spent. BTW: There is a lot of junk that can be bought at supplement stores. Just because something is ingested in a pill or powder, doesn’t mean it’ll provide any significant benefits(they might as well be sugar pills). I do recommend studying your supplements from a creditable source that doesn’t sell them, or is ad based. The Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet site is a decent source of info:
