Hampton Inn

As a Hilton Honors member, who has stayed in a good number of Hilton hotels, I have to say that’s expectations were not high when I reserved this room. This is my second business trip to Tullahoma in 2 weeks and last time I only stayed one night but was impressed with the service.
This time however I have to say that the receptionist went above and beyond. I showed up exhausted from a full day of hiking, cleaning, packing, and flying… and my state was taken into consideration and although I’m usually weary of being on the first floor in small towns, I appreciated that she wanted to get me as close to my room as possible. The next day I was still sore and I asked for aspirin and it wasn’t just that she offered me some, it was the warmness in her voice. I guess that’s what you get when you’re in the south… something about her made me feel right at home.
The problem is… I don’t know her name but I bet if you’re fortunate enough to encounter this lovely lady, you’ll know EXACTLY who she is.

Rude, awful service – I’m appalled at how blatantly impolite and ill-​mannered the staff is over there. If you *have* to stay overnight in Tullahoma, stay anywhere but the Hampton Inn. The Holiday Inn Express has always been nice and friendly, and while I’ve yet to stay at the Baymont, it was perfectly comfortable when it was formerly the Jameson Inn.

Hotel is right on the strip with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Room was quiet, clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and willing to help.

The worst. The manager here is so rude and thinks he can haggle with Hilton HHonors Diamond members over rates. I’ve never seen anything like it. DO NOT bother staying here.

Nice room, clean. Loud train all night long, people upstairs stomping around, not quiet. Horrible breakfast, reconstituted eggs, hard biscuits. No thank you, wont be back!

Very nice hotel located right on the main strip. It’s surrounded by several restaurants and shopping stores. The room and hotel overall were exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfy and the staff were all so friendly and helpful and met every request we had. The hotel offers a mediocre swimming pool, a delicious hot breakfast, and 24 hr. coffee and tea bar. It was comparable to some of the best hotels and I would definitely stay here again.

Will come back to update once I’ve completed my stay here. But must say, it’s very clean, and seems to be trying to be kind of like the «W» hotels by tagging all of the comfortable amenities (i.e. cards describing the «firm» vs. «soft» pillows”). Free wireless internet & the simplest, fastest check-​in process I’ve ever had also help bump my preliminary rating of this place up. Did I mention the Tullahoma Waffle House is right next door? Awwww yeahhhhhh.
