Quality Inn

I hate outdoor rooms even more so when I’m put on the 2 nd floor at night. I travel alone with five days a week with my job. Other than being upstairs and the creepy stairs I had to go up everything was great. Staff both night and am was nice and friendly. The lady let me eat even though it was 903 when I got to checkout. She ask if I was finished before cleaning up! Something not many at all do. The room was large and inviting.

For the price this hotel pretty decent. I guess they remodeled a year or two ago. I would stay here again during my trips to the Jack Daniel distillery.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I stayed here and found a cockroach in my bed and the manager absolutely refused to give any sort of discount, rate, or even apology. He was rude, defensive, and absolutely unprofessional. I will never stay here ever again and I sincerely hope other travelers don’t support such a cold staff and hotel.
If you do stay here, make sure to collect the cockroach in a jar and present him to the front desk for proof. Also, make sure you do it in the four (4) hours that the manager is there, because he only shows up a few hours a day. So after you’ve found the cockroach in the evening, hold on to it throughout the night, and hope that the manager decides to show up the next day or you’ll be out of luck.
This place is filthy and I’ve never written a review like this before, but wanted to let all Unilocal readers know. Disgusting. I wouldn’t even give this one star, but Unilocal won’t process this unless I do.
