Doesn’t even compare to Panera’s or Old School Bagels. The bagels had no flavor, the sausage was turkey sausage & not good. They were out of cheddar on a Saturday morning. They screwed up my order & the cappuccino was sub par. I will never go back. There are much better places to get a breakfast bagel in Tulsa.

Clean and nice inside, but a little bit of a weird feeling in entering. I had never been and looked at the baked goods for awhile before any of the employees acknowledged me. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. You don’t go to the«order here» sign sometimes, you go to the«pay here», most people seemed to know that. The Cinnamon Strudel muffin was warm and delicious, the medium roast coffee was not too strong for me, it was good. Would go back, I think my entry was timed with a drive thru rush. Most employees personable, pleasant pop music playing for a metropolitan feel. All those kinds of places are overpriced.

I like to start my day here. All the bagels are freshly made and they have a huge variety. Try the Nova Lox salmon bagel — you’ll be hooked! It’s your choice of bagel(9-grain or pumpernickel work well with this.) It’s a layer of creamcheese on top with sprinkles of capers on it. Then a thin slice of sweet red onion and tomato with the smoked salmon on top. I’m not usually a fan of capers, but they really work well here with the salmon. The workers are all friendly and the place is kept very clean. The only real down-side is the WiFi. It’s horrible. I know, it’s supposed to be a place to eat, but if I could stay connected long enough to check my email and what’s going on in the office, it would be much more useful.

Just paid my first visit to Einstein Bros Bagel Co. I ordered chicken salad on an everything bagel and turkey with bacon on an Asiago cheese bagel for my son. Both bagel sandwiches were very tasty. We agreed that the side of red skin potato salad wasn’t especially flavorful. But, we’re looking forward to returning for breakfast sometime soon.

Food is meh. Overpriced for taste. I’m willing to try again though, but a different meal.

Food is good. A Little pricy. Drinks aren’t worth what u pay for sure. They have a hard time getting orders correct. I’ve gone here several times and my order is correct maybe half of the time. I actually wrote a letter to corporate and it’s been two weeks and I’ve yet to get a response from anyone. so in my opinion I just feel like it’s a lack of concern or care from the top all the way down the chain. I probably won’t be going back except to get the salmon bagel because you can’t hardly find it anywhere else in town. Someone else please start serving a cured salmon bagel!

Mediocre food, relatively high prices, and slow service. I have been to this location five times, and my order was wrong three times. With that level of accuracy(40%), I should have learned by now to check my bag before I get all the way home. But, no … Today, the order was so egregiously wrong, I drove two miles back up to the store and waited another 15 minutes to exchange. For my inconvenience, I got a half-hearted apology from a clearly annoyed(and confused) employee. Not impressed with the customer service at all.

Just went through the Einstein bagel drive thru to grab some breakfast and had to wait about 15 minutes it get my food. So why 5 stars you ask? Because they recognized that they had messed up and said that my $ 20 purchase was on the house because of the wait. Thankful for people who take ownership instead of making excuses! That made my day!
