Wow, writing this in utter shock. I am a big fan of Einstein’s bagels, but today I was not impressed. I order a pretty simple bagel, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich, and it was $ 7, which is normally fine when it’s not burnt and there is enough cream cheese. This bagel was very gross, tasted burnt and I couldn’t even taste the jalapeño salsa cream cheese… Very disappointed.

I can’t get enough of Einstein bagels. I am a huge fan of this place when i lived in Dallas. On Fridays I would get a couple of the bakers dozen with the veggie spread and I instantly became everyones best friend! Everyone is so nice here and it is in a cute location right down from Tazikis. They also have a drive thru if you don’t want to venture into the store.

The bagels are the only reason to stop by this location. The staff is completely inattentive. I’ve given the place a few tries since it is in my neighborhood, and it hasn’t improved. Step up to the counter to order bagels, and the person right there won’t take your order. You have to wait for someone else(who od never present at the counter) to take your order, which is away from where you see the bagels… odd(most locations order by the bagels and pay by the coffee). Our bagels are always slapped together without any real attention paid to if this will actually be easy to eat the way it was prepared(we always have shmear hanging all over outside the bagel which makes an absolute mess). And to top it off this time, we got coffees where one didn’t even match our order and the other had burnt milk and was over filled so that it spilled out the sip hole when it was picked up. Bottom line, get the overpriced bagels from the drive thru and avoid the staff… or find another location that is run better

This is one of the best spots for breakfast. Everyone here knows your name if you are a regular, and they have BOTTOMLESSCOFFEE!!! Need I say more!!! The regulars have standing coffee dates every morning and it is a real community here. Great atmosphere and wonderful people.

Their employees are friendly and generally attentive. They remember the names of their regulars, which I used to be but my job and corresponding travel patterns changed, negating my regular attendance. Now it’s a special once-a-week treat. I like their Mochas. There are not ten flavor additives or sprinkles, but they are flavorful and tasty. Bagels are always fresh and they have a good smattering of favors mild to spicy, grains, spices, and a few hot flavors.

Are these the best bagels in the world? No. But they are 100 x better then Lenders. Plus the variety is excellent. Service staff here is really friendly and welcoming. Actual time from ordering to service can be a bit longer than expected. Prices are reasonable for just bagel and a spread, getting a specialty drink or sandwich can really add up though. Good for breakfast to go, try to get their after the initial breakfast rush(after 8:00 a.m.)

Pros: they’re not authentic bagels, but I don’t care. Authentic bagels are hard, dense, and super chewy. These bagels here are soft, light, fluffier, and require the«just right» amount of chewing. For breakfast I get the plain with jalapeño salsa schmear. If I’m looking for something sweater, I get the cinnamon bagel with strawberry schmear. For lunch, I get the honey seared salmon. Both extra delicious options. They have a drive through. Offer a variety of coffee selections. Dog bagel. Cons: the price? McDonald’s is cheaper, but sometimes I just want a good bagel.

I kept returning hoping that the plusses would exceed the minuses, but now they are fired. The place is quite noisy. The coffee machine screams out some loud whine while it is brewing, the bagel cutters make this loud thumping sound. I think I have a picture of my last bacon, cheese, and eggs sandwich. It looked like they spent about 2 seconds on it. The top was barely existing, and seriously it looked like the rest was just thrown into the basket on top of the bottom. The eggs were so bad that I had to think it was just a bad day for them. But, today i read a story from employees stating what not to eat at their restaurants. Guess what, eggs are not their shining moment. Microwaved and stored until needed. I thought it was a soft hockey puck I think their bagels are good, the coffee hot and free refills. Wifi is free and the place is pretty comfortable. Plenty of electrical outlets. I probably won’t return.

I like their bagels very much. However, they just charged me $ 15 bucks for 6 bagels. Nothing special bagels either, smeared only with butter or cream cheese. They sell a box of 6 with a tub of «smear,» as they call it, for $ 8.99. I’ll get that next time.

They could have had me at «hello, we have a few roasts to choose from and enjoy in a bottomless cup» but Einsteins said way more. This is a cozy spot where I can hunker down and get a ton of work done(I think already mentioned the bottomless coffee.) With free WiFi and comfortable seating, it provides a haven for productivity. When I have had too much coffee there are some great egg white sandwiches. My go-to is the one with turkey bacon and swiss. It’s the perfect amount of substance for a great meal or hearty snack. Oh ya, the bagels! Besides an array of bagel selections be sure to checkout all of the unique cream cheese options, too!

I ordered a 6 cheese bagel with chicken salad. I was a little slow at ordering, mind you it was only my 2nd time there. The man, which was the only one in an all black shirt, maybe manager??? Was trying very hard to rush me. I asked him if he was in a hurry? He responded yes, we have several sandwiches to make. Oh, also there was no one behind me in line. I assumed there was a catering order, but my comment to him was, I can come back some other time. His attitude changed pretty quick. How do people stay in business treating customers like this??? The bagels and shmear was good but I do not like the way I was treated. I will possibly go to a different location next time:( Shame shame

Drive thru is good — went there yesterday. Came again today and it was busy but they handled it well. We had no idea it was opening weekend since we live out of state. Einstein Bros were taking pics with kids… very smart:) The bagel and mocha? Awesome.
