Fly Loft

The Fly Loft is a super cool space. There are very large fully equipped rehearsal spaces as well as what looks like coworking space or offices. I have utilized the rehearsal spaces, which are available for anyone to rent. Nonprofits get a special, very affordable hourly rate for these rentals. It is a fantastic deal and a great central location for any nonprofit’s needs!

The Fly Loft is a facility in the heart of the Brady Arts District dedicated to nurturing performing artists and organizations.
Fly Loft provides rehearsal and activity space to performing arts organizations, dance and fitness instructors, and other performing artists to help enrich local artists, arts organizations and the surrounding community.
It is really cheap to rent these spaces by the hour. I’ve seen acting classes, yoga, tryouts for a play, and even one day conferences for up to 120 people at The Fly Loft. They have a great break room area and super friendly staff. There are always clean restrooms and great audio/​visual hookups.
