What a great experience! My wife had never been to a Hahns before today. We were so glad that we found them. Knowledgeable staff. We were able to look with out pressure and when we had made a selection the transaction was very quick and courteous. We definitely suggest shopping Hahns for your home appliances vs. any of the big box retailers like Home Depot or Lowes. All in stock, better price. Thank you for a great experience.

Need an option for negative stars. Have been sitting and listening to my 64 year old mother tell me that the brand new washing machine she purchased from this store a month ago is no longer working properly. She has been given the run-around from this store numerous times for the past month. I will continue to post negative reviews until someone replaces my mother’s washing machine. Not repairs, replaces! It’s a month old. How does Hahn think it’s ok to take advantage of someone, especially someone who is on a fixed income. Shame on you guys. You don’t repair a month old washing machine. I trust this store will do the right thing very soon. Please call asap 918−902−4310 to arrange for a time to pickup her broken washer and replacement with a new washer.

We have bought several appliances from Hahn over the past few months. All of the other purchases have been good for selection and value. Today was different. After researching ranges for several months and knowing our limitations with power(110V only no 220V outlet) we went to purchase a range. Our salesman preceeded to sell me the one I really wanted even though it needed 220V, stating that you can hook it up to 110V and the only thing that wouldn’t work was the baking drawer. I was sketical but he was certain. We bought it, brought it home and we could not find the 110V configuration in the manual. With some more research we found that this model’s oven is completely electric and not gas. We called the store and requested help. After giving the model number of a similar range that had a gas oven they stated it was on back order and could not be deilvered for a month. No other help was offered other than pick another model or get a refund. We have never had a place that we have done so much business offer so little when they messed up. When shopping here make sure to get an experienced salesman otherwise they may take advantage of you.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff– that’s the first thing that needs to be said for Hahn. The gentleman who helped us was a great salesperson by the name of «JP». I hope this isn’t a review that I end up needing to update and revisit. I went in here on a busy Sunday and was immediately greeted and helped through the store as I sought a solution for my newly broken dishwasher. Along the way, I planned out some future purchases and was helped in looking at a NICE refrigerator that I think I want to get as soon as I can. Eventually, I’ll want a new oven/stove, too. I left ready to make several big purchases at once, but common sense caught up with me and I ended up just buying the dishwasher. I haven’t heard when it will be delivered. I hope before Thanksgiving– which is reasonable for a timeframe. The prices were competitive with other options in the area, so all signs point to satisfied.

We have gotten many appliances from Hahns and have always been satisfied with the price and the service. Don’t forget to check the back room for slightly dented appliances for a cheaper price.
