They are rude and don’t know how to manage customers that walk-in. I waited in line for 40 minutes just to watch 2 individuals(who arrived after me) get a haircut first. The blonde’s clever response to my puzzled face was«he’s one of my customers and called in». I DONOT recommend this place…

My husband used to frequent this location when he first moved to the area, but switched to another location when his favorite stylist moved out of town. He received a free haircut card at an Oilers game, for this location only, so he figured he would give them another try. Bad idea. He and I ventured into this location yesterday, and were the only other customers besides one woman who came in right before us. We saw 3 workers when we came in, but 2 of them disappeared out the back door, saying they were still on break. The one worker that was left was taking her time on a customer /friend slowly cutting his super short hair and talking. We waited for ten or so minutes and more customers came in — a mother and a daughter, then 2 men who came in seperately. One of the workers came back for a second and asked the last man to come in, I guess a regular, if he wanted a haircut and tea-tree(treatment), and if he wanted to wait for her. He said yes, and she returned back to her break outside. She came back 5 minutes later to put some money into the register, then called the name of the lady who had come in right before we did. The lady said she would wait and told the worker that she could help the next guy. The worker looked at the lists and called the guy who had come in last — they were not going in order at all. After being there for 25 minutes or more, we left. Free haircut or not, they are supposed to go in order unless you call ahead to have your name put on the list. The last guy had not called ahead, so he should have been last. He told me this was not the first time this has happened, so we will not be back to this location. Anyone want a free haircut card? Haha.
