Supercuts

I’ve gone to this location for years. Overall the staff is very friendly. And just like every other Supercuts store, or any other salon for that matter, there are great stylists and there are not so great stylists. I’ve had two bad haircuts at this location in over 10 years. Both times I returned to the store and a different stylist fixed everything up at no charge. I’ve had over 100 good haircuts at the same location with a variety of different stylists. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes there is a wait, which should tell the reader how popular this location is! But you can call ahead or use an app and get on the waiting list on busy days.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! Leaving for vacation in a couple hours, my boyfriend stopped in for a quick trim. His hair WAS shaggy & cute touching his shoulders. He told the girl, «I like the cut, I just want a trim.» She started the first cut & took a HUGE chunk of hair all the way to his scalp. He figured well damage done, I guess I’m getting a total makeover today. She obviously couldn’t get it to lay the way she wanted it to so in one spot right in the front it’s like she took a razor to the scalp & gave him a line that looks like a huge scar. Behind one ear she did the same but the other ear had a big chunk of the memory of long hair poking out like a wing. The back line was totally uneven. After all of that, he came home & had to use clippers, because she got it that short, to even it out. After 2 years of growing it out, gone. Words cannot describe the shock & anger. I would not even take a dog here, awful.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve gotten 95% of my haircuts from Supercuts. So, I can only compare this one to a few barbershops in Tulsa and Norman and the rare occasional trip to some other chain.
A little known fact is that Supercuts in the same city can actually charge different prices. In south Tulsa, they seem to be a little cheaper. I like this store because it’s the same price as those stores — the nearest stores all cost a dollar or two more. This isn’t the closest one to me, but it is the best.
It’s the best not only due to the price, but because it’s a good store. If you won’t pay much for a haicut, as many cheap males like myself are inclined to do, then you appreciate when you get a really good haircut. I’ve only been to this store a few times, but have been happy when I got home every time.
Finally, I think they have very good customer service. They’re always very friendly and even let me come in just a few minutes before close — and I subsequently left a few minutes after close.
If you live somewhere other than suburbia, I think this store is worth the drive. Good price, great product. I’ve yet to be disappointed.
UPDATE: Sometimes you have to wait a very long time. This can get pretty frustrating.
