This place is really good. I had the Don Juan, and it was amazing. I’ve eating a lot of sushi, and always dip in soy and wasabi. This is the first time I didn’t. The sauces on the roll were amazing. Absolutely love this place.

The rolls ordered were not good. The rice paper around the rolls I ordered were hard, not soft at all. It was pretty pricey as well.

Stomach is so nasty and upset from eating dinner here last night, for both my boyfriend and I. I would only recommend this sushi if you want your system ‘flushed’

Food is really good but just so overpriced — especially for OK. We spent almost $ 250 for 2 people and didn’t over indulge. This place would easily be 4 stars on food alone. Service was good — atmosphere ok. I eat sushi all over the country and this place had some really innovative dishes and flavors so worth a try. We haven’t gone back only cause of $$$$.

I came to this place for the first time last night with a group of people for a friends birthday. The place is beautiful, and sushi is fantastic. I’ve been searching for a good sushi place to eat, and I found it. Very good range of basic and luxury rolls, and there’s even stuff for the non-sushi eater. I will definitely be returning to try more.

Man. I really wanted to like this place after reading all the great reviews, but I couldn’t. Rolls were tiny and prices ridiculous. 3 rolls and 2 appetizers were $ 74. We left disappointed and hungry. The search continues for good sushi in Tulsa…

Best sushi in Tulsa! Been to all the other so-called no.1 rated sushi place in Tulsa and they just don’t compare. I usually get the Killer J, Downtown, 2013 and Don Juan rolls, just to name a few of my faves. If someone in your party doesn’t like sushi/sushi rolls, there’s some good food coming from the kitchen like: House Fried Rice, Maifun Noodles, Chicken or Steak Teriyaki. Service is good and always ask for recommendations from the servers or owner — they really know their stuff. Def. will be back.

I have eaten at both Sushi Hana locations. The one off Riverside is closer to my home, so I eat at this location most often! I have gone there for girls night out, family dinners, lunch with friends and for several relaxing lunches by myself! Kenny, the owner, is usually there and always has the warmest and most sincere greeting. I can always tell he is genuinely pleased to have me(and other customers) in his restaurant. The service is always great. The food is outstanding… fresh and unique and the price is very reasonable! Sushi Hana is one of our favorite restaurants in Tulsa. The new, Brookside location is amazing… great atmosphere, a full bar and a great location!

Really nice atmosphere and service. Great variety of specialty rolls. Had salmon sashimi, a shrimp roll, a spicy tuna roll, and a tuna and avocado salad.

I came here with a party of 4 based on other reviews. I’m a big fan of sushi and Japanese fusion cuisine. The atmosphere was fairly pleasing and the service was great. The men’s restroom was less than desirable as the paint on the walls were chipped and the urinal didn’t properly flush which is a bad sign for any establishment, especially a restaurant. We ordered pork dumplings and soft shell crab as apps. The noodles were undercooked and soggy. The crab had raw tempura batter which made something that had quite good flavor absolutely disgusting. 3 of 4 of us ordered various sushi rolls from the chefs specialty menu. The Downtown(DT) roll was sweet enough to be a dessert which is not appropriate for a sushi roll. The jalapeño that should have offset the sweetness was undetectable. The Tsunami roll wasn’t fit for human consumption. The only roll that was edible was Don Juan roll. Finally, the Maifun while expecting to be topped with a runny egg turned out to be hard boiled and the remainder of the dish had no flavor to speak of. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and think the employees must have done the original reviews.

Had a great meal with friends at the original Riverside location. The owner personally checked on us which was nice. The sushi was fresh, and our soups were so tasty! Cannot wait to return.

Went to sushi Hana for the first time after hearing a lot of great things from friends. They definitely delivered. I tried several of the signature cocktails which tasted very fresh! I also had an assortment of nigiri. The cuts of meat were generous and VERY flavorful. I will be a repeat customer.

I had the genx roll. It was fantastic and very filling. My partner had the OMG and she said she understood why it was called that after she bit into it. Great service as well.

I love this sushi place! Everything is delicious here! Their seafood salad is great! I order 2 just for me! It can be a bit pricey when you get to ordering several rolls but it is well worth it! The Gen X is my fiancé favorite and I like their 2013 roll which is topped with crab salad! It’s to die for! Their tempura is also delicious as well as their shrimp appetizer! We come here at least once a month!

For whatever reason, I didn’t think of this as Tulsa’s hippest or trendiest sushi location, and its locale in the southern suburbs made me assume that it was overrated and under-flavored. I was wrong. Like any good sushi, it wasn’t cheap, but neither were the prices extravagant. There was a good range of basic rolls and luxury rolls, and we enjoyed what we had from both menus. For $ 5.50, the sweet yam roll was a steal, while the upscale«monster roll» was complex and well-balanced in flavor. Our service was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The space looked clean and modern, and even with a healthy dinner crowd, it never felt loud or frenzied. This restaurant well deserves a top ranking. We now think it’s the best sushi in town. Update: Visited again, ordered the GenX roll – awesome, complex combination of flavors. Kyle, our server, also gave me great advice about which sake to try(I’d never had any before). If you can’t finish your bottle at the restaurant, by the way, they’ll bag it up for you and you can(legally) take it to go, which is convenient. Love the ambience of this place, too!

Best sushi ever. Do yourself a huge favor after all of your Christmas shopping and treat yourself to a beautiful, hand crafted sushi roll. You deserve it!

Best sushi in Tulsa! I’ve been searching for months trying to find a good sushi place in town, and this is it! Yes, it is a little pricey, but totally worth it. We ordered the Gen X roll and Tuna Hanna roll. Both were delicious! They had a great selection of specialty rolls, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more.

Not too long ago, I retired at having sushi. It just got boring to me. A friend of mine requested this so I went along with the punches. I went for lunch & their menu have you options of having more than one roll. I got the Boston Roll & the waiter recommend the Red Hot Yellowtail Roll as well. I can say that it wasn’t over the top, but it did justice. With that being said, I’m back to loving sushi. Yellowtail had a little kick to it, which is a plus for me. Had crunch pieces to that was good. The Boston Roll was very refreshing. The lunch came with salad & miso soup(which I thought it was one or the other but I wasn’t complaining). Good stuff.

I wish I could give this place SIX stars! We tried the Gen X Roll tonight. It was amazing! Crispy on the outside and pure deliciousness on the inside. My girlfriend loved it as much as I did. The service was excellent tonight. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I will start off with saying that the food is definitely 5 stars! It was delicious and we plan on going back for more. However, I gave it 3 stars because of the long wait for a table an extra long wait for our food. My boyfriend & I went to eat here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary so that kind of killed our mood. We only ordered 3 rolls and it took almost an hour. Good thing the food was worth the wait. I didn’t know that they take reservations but that’s what I’ll be doing next time. Hopefully the food will come out faster since they do have 3 sushi chefs. I have been to other restaurants with only 2 sushi chefs and the food came out faster.
