The play equipment is nice. I felt very unsafe in the area. A mother on drugs, many homeless men, all kinds of shady vibes from this place. I left as soon as I could without showing my fear

The play equipment is nice and new and the grounds are well kept. They are always mowing and keeping it in good shape and clean

This is a nice park that has a fun water park for kids. There is also a regular playground. There’s lots of trees and grass areas. You can bring the family out and enjoy a summer day! You can even rent out areas for events such as birthday parties. They have bbq’s and bathrooms I don’t recommend. Beware, there is a lot of homeless and drug users around some times. For the most part they keep to them selves. Although I’ve seen some things I wish I hadn’t. I recommend it over Colombia park. Just WATCHYOURKIDS!!!

Small aquatic playground at Broadway park. Also regular playground and grassy park with tables and benches. There are some homeless people who frequent this park. The aquatic portion was nice, but the ground was pretty slick and it only took about 30 seconds for my son to fall down on the concrete. The water spray is not continuous; it runs for about 5 minutes than shuts down for about 10 minutes before restarting. The long wait us pretty annoying. Overall, a good place to take kids on a hot day and to burn off some energy — just be aware of potential falls!
