Kohl’s

I was desperate. I forgot to pack socks for my trip. I know my wife shops at Kohls all the time, but I’m not as familiar with the layout. After searching through the menswear area, I finally found an attendant who took me to the «Socks Wall». Too confusing, but I did find what I needed.
Here’s the part that makes this store great— I was trying to check out and only had my $ 20 package of socks. In front of me are ladies digging through their purses looking for every coupon, % discount and Kohls cash they had. It seemed to take forever so I went to the other side of the store and found an open register. The cashier asked if I had coupons which I didn’t. Instead she offered me a holiday first time purchase discount of $ 10. Pretty cool! I now got my $ 20 package of socks for $ 10. Not bad.

I came to Kohl’s to take advantage of their Friends and Family sale this weekend. As I walked through the store, I was warmly greeted by almost every sales associate I passed by.
The store is very bright, and very clean. The merchandise was neatly displayed and organized, things were not strewn all over the store like at other places I have shopped.
I found some items which looked to be on sale according to the sign at the top of the display. However, the original price of the item did not match the original price on the sign. In fact the entire rack did not match that original price. I really wish there were price scanners throughout the store like they have at the Target across the street.
But I did find what I was looking for, and it was on sale. I asked the sales associate if the sale price stacked with the Friends and Family sale. She said it did. When she rang it up, I received a double discount!

After waiting 20 minutes in line I was charged double what the ticket price for each of the items I bought stated. Not the first time I’ve gotten to the checkout and the price is way higher than the tag and signage. This store has just become a huge point of frustration in my life that I don’t need anymore.

I want to know how Kohls allows Unilocal to keep a 15% coupon on their page for checking in to their store and then will not honor it. Bad business practice, in my opinion.

Store was messy the staff did not know stock and was uninterested in helping and acted like we were putting them out

These folks know what customer service is! Went there to buy some shorts. When I got to the check out the checker got me into the web site and got me the coupon and I saved about $ 17.

I feel that the best way to tell if a store has got it together is to shop on Black Friday. I’m not talking about 3 am. shopping, I’m talking 9 am shopping. Everything was stocked, I saw a lot of employees everywhere stocking items that were flying off the shelves. There were two employees walking up and down the lines of people to check out to ask if they had their rewards cards and if not signing them up. Another employee was asking if people had a Kohl’s credit card and if they signed up she would move them up to the line and give them a discount.
I stood in line for an hour, but it was well worth it. I loved that I could use my $ 10 off $ 30 or more, my 15% off coupon, and my $ 5 off coupon, all at the same time. The best part is handing those same coupons to my best friend after I was done. So she could use them. We also had a mother and daughter waiting for tablets to be brought up to the register and since they waited on us to go first, we handed them over to them as well. Now if that’s not the holiday spirit then I don’t know what is.

I have been shopping at this store ever since it has been open. It rarely is very busy, usually the holiday season. I am a person that frequents the clearance rack. My fav brand from this store are Apt 9. Store is always clean and I can get-​in and out fairly quickly.

I went here today, I been going here for years ! Kohls really is a greatly assorted. Its really clean here.
Shoes are really expensive tho, even on clearance!
Makeup section is awsome.
Try on the perfumes (:
This store pretty much has it all jewelery, mens, womens, kids, night wear, toys, cards, shoes, and even kitchen appliances.
The only issue is the prices. Its either really cheap or even a lil expensive.

Luv the store… It’s just hard to find help sometimes…
