Chili’s

I went this afternoon to eat. Usually I have s good experience. Today. My waiter sucked. Food was good. But. I will never have this guy wait on us again. Rude and never even refilled our drinks or checked back with us.

One of my worst dining experiences ever. Service was decent = 1 star.
Food was so disgusting. The veggie fajita I ordered was UNCOOKED.
Worst dining experience

Ordered the cajun chicken pasta and was super disappointed. They barely put any sauce on it… It was almost like eating plain boiled penne. To make matters worse, my food was barely warm. Barely. Bad experience.
Someone at my table asked for a side or ranch, they forgot it. I asked for extra Cajun seasoning on the side, they forgot it. A friends broccoli and chicken were both horribly overcooked. I didn’t get a refill on my water during our whole dinner. They didn’t clear our plates from our appetizers and our tabletop was crowded. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t see any reason why our dinner experience was as mediocre as it was.
I don’t see myself going there again.

Came here last Sunday to meet up with one of my high school friends I hadn’t seen in years! So needless to say we were there for a while! Both the hostess and the waitress we encountered were so friendly and sweet wish I could remember their names because they certainly deserve the praise for a good job. Food was delicious. I had the margarita chicken bowl and it was so good I was kind of sad when I realized I finished it. The only thing I probably would leave out next time was the black beans not because they were bad but because I’d rather have more cilantro rice on it. So five stars definitely for the outstanding service.

Honestly so disappointed in this place. I would rather go to Modesto’s location. Our waitress was very rude & served everyone around us when we were seated before them. When we were looking at the menu for drinks she was very pushy then instantly snapped & said she was come back when we’re ready. In reality we knew what we wanted till she snapped. Food wasn’t that great either. :(

good quick food love the appetizers. not too pricey and its a good atmosphere very filling food. and very close locations everywhere.

What’s up with the bad reviews for Chili’s?! We love it. Chips and salsa with the spinach quest is bomb! Boneless buffalo wings are super yummy. We like it to go as well.

Food was good. Service could be better, speed the food came out was really slow, server was no where to be found. We went after 5 pm on a Saturday. We ran out of drinks and we waited 10 minutes to ask someone for a refill.

Three of us went to lunch at about 1:00 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon. The lunch crowd had died down and there were not many patrons. It took 40 minutes to get our order. I ordered the Caribbean salad with grilled shrimp. It was just «OK» they forgot to put in dried cranberries and sesame seeds and the shrimp was hard and chewy. One of the other orders was for a double hamburger but that was more like a double hockey puck. The server was very nice, I can’t complain about that. I have been coming here for several years but the food on my last three visits this year has not been that great so I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Made a to go order started off rocky asking managers for a coupon redemption and they denied it but when I went in to the restaurant they accepted my coupon and were very nice and generous about it happy with their service

I usually try to avoid Chili’s because it seems to have really gone hill these last few years, but I was with an old friend & our kids, so it was probably one of the easiest places to find something everybody would like to eat.
My go to food here is the Santa Fe salad & I always ask for extra avocado! This time around it was pretty yummy & the avocado & other veggies tasted very fresh! It was even a little spicy which was a nice surprise because I love spicy food! My munchkin got the 2 little cheeseburger bites/​sliders & a little salad w/​ranch. She ate everything so I’m thinking she enjoyed it! It was just the right amount for her for lunch! Everybody else got fajitas & burritos & Mac & cheese. They ate everything on their plates & the only complaint I heard about their food was that the burrito had only a few pieces of meat.
Our waitress was a little rude. I don’t know if we caught her on a bad day or if that’s just her everyday attitude. She still managed to check on us & keep our drinks filled, so I can’t complain too much because I’ve had much worse service at other chili’s before.
I’ll really only ever eat at Chili’s if I’m in the same situation where we have the kids (picky eaters) & not wanting to spend much money.

Good quick and courteous staff. Inexpensive and the drinks are good. Great for lunch & happy hour

Worst food i have ever ate. They switched there menu up and lets just say there was five of us eating and not one liked anything they were eating. The customer service was good but food was bad. Bever eating there again.

My second visit to Chili’s for lunch was much like the first. We were quickly seated upon entry. Drink orders were taken, drinks arrived, and then orders were taken.
I had the lunch fajitas with enchilada soup and the extra side of rice and beans. The soup was pretty good. Lots of stringy cheese was in there, along with generous hunks of chicken. The tortilla strips also added a nice bit of crunch to it. My friends received their salads at the same time.
Then we waited. And waited. I only saw people seated at about 3 other tables. Maybe there was only one cook in the back? I couldn’t tell.
My fajitas finally arrived. The three condiment cups containing salsa, sour cream, and cheese were cute but too small. The contents of each were not enough for all three tortillas I received. I needed 2 or 3 times as much cheese and salsa.
The chicken was cooked well, but I like my onions a little burnt. These were not even browned. The rice and beans were just okay, but the chicken was pretty good.
The server was very nice. She split the checks for our group without anyone asking.

What a night experience we had out there. Waitress would check on you but in a rush mood. We know it is 9 pm already but making us feel like unwelcomed and serving us terribly bad is not the way to do it. I ordered alfredo fettucine with chicken and shrimp when it came out, it is not even that hot. Even my toast is not even toasty. It was terrible. I like it better in Modesto because their place is more pleasant and good tasty food. Not happy and would not recommend them.

Really dislike this restaurant. Staff is rude and unwelcoming. We suspect a little racist too.
Last time eating there today. Because of feeling unwelcomed we got car side to go. Ordered shrimp tacos, ate one and felt weird. 20mins later was vomiting.
Called the restaurant and offered to bring in rest of uneaten food and inspection for food poisoning. They denied and offered no condolences or atonement.

I would have to say 5 years ago this was the place. Good customer service, food would come out on time, tasted good, and was cleaner.
Chili’s has really gone down the drain unfortunately. Everytime I go in the experience gets worse. I always look for that change but it is not happening.
My last visit has really pushed me to the edge which was last night. I mean how long does it take to make a turkey sanwich? 2 hours? I was waiting two hours. K let me be honest one hours and fifty three minute for a sandwich. Lol and when it did arrive it had bacon and tomatoes on it all over even though I asked for no bacon or tomatoes. I just wanted to enjoy my sandwich after being made for two hours.
Not even an apology was given by the manager. Wow.

When we arrived at this location we had to wait for about 5 minutes for a host to acknowledge us. Then I asked for a booth & the male hostess said that wasn’t possible because they were closing down one side of the resturaunt. Mind you it was around 9:00pm. So he sat us at a table & when the waitress came over I asked for a booth because I saw several couples in booths. I also saw several dirty tables/​booths left dirty & they rely on people using the «ziosk» more then your actual waitor or waitress. A lazy way of service!!!

I’ve gotta say I and my wife were kinda disappointed. The food was rather bland. My baby back ribs were so over sauced I couldn’t taste the meat (what little there was).
My wife’s short ribs enchiladas were under seasoned and salty. My daughter’s kids mini burgers were way over cooked they were mini charcoal briquettes.
The best thing about our visit was our waitress, she checked on us frequently and made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we always had something to drink. The molten Lava cake topped with ice cream was a great way to finish the evening. Unfortunately it will be a while before we’ll come back. It wasn’t so bad that we won’t ever come back, it just a place that we had higher expectations that were not met.

It is sad to get to a Restaurant with the recognition that the «Chillies brand has» and you get this.
As soon as we came in we were told
That they were not kids menu. Lol really?
Oh well… I say «does the manager know?» And her answer was «he is cooking today!.»
I guess you are understaff today.
My kids got their meal first as I requested
It, but that was it.
Refill were given after requested… And the food arrive much much later. The waiter have us her apologies. However the my MIL for the chicken cold and the fajitas were plain sad!
Today was my birthday and we are on the road… So u would think this is a for sure place. But this was a crappy stop
