Came in to this store today, it was my first time there. I was greeted immediately and then followed and hounded the rest of my visit. I bought two pieces of jewelry but while I was holding them one employee asked if she could take them to the register. I will never come here again. Felt so uncomfortable.

Bad customer service. While I waiting in front of the store and waved to the cashier, My daughter who is an authorized user on my account was instructed to make a purchase and they would not complete the purchase until I went to the door and waved. To make matters worse, the manager laughed at me when a customer made a smart mouth remark about me being a mom in a hurry. The upper management needs to be aware that the employees at the tilly’s in Turlock need more training in maturity. We will be going back to tilly’s in Modesto.
