Very pleasant and consistent shopping experience. Joel, the manager, always takes great care of us. The rest of the staff are also very willing to assist and answer questions.

Love coming here for garden needs. The prices are very good, most of the garden staff members know what they’re talking about, and they stick to their 12 month guarantee on plants. That’s huge for me.

Good store. Clean and well stocked most people seem knowledgable and will to help. Refreshing coming from being a Home Depot shopper.

First thing that caught my eyes is wow this place is clean, very organized, and the employees seem happy here. The customer service here is great. I love that product the powered grip. The enduro towel is great too.

I’ve never really had much of a positive experience with Lowe’s and after this morning, I’m taking my business only to Home Depot. In the past, customer sevice has been horrible at Lowe’s. I’ve complained to their corporate off but not much has improved. The husband and I purchased a fridge in 2009 with an extended warranty. Our fridge died a couple of nights ago and when I called to get a service person to fix our fridge and they said the earliest would be in a week. Who in their right mind can wait a week for a repair person while their food spoils??? I gave this place 2 stars because they do carry a good number of items like in Home Depot or your loval ACE but if I was to either buy or recommend a home improvement store for supplies, Lowe’s would be the VERY last place.

I always find help (unlike home depot) The People Don’t Seem To Be Bothered Either… redoing your home? The post office has new mover packets and inside has a 10% off coupon on your whole total for lowe’s!!!
