WoW Micheals has Really Stepped it Up Since The other big box store opened last year. I was impressed! Large selection of unique crafts and supplies. I felt the store was packed with nicer selection that last year that I was in. Totally coming back.

This review is not about the merchandise, but about the customer service. Or more their lack of. The staff I’ve encountered seems to know very little of the «crafting» world and I’ve had several issues with the staff who is unwilling to help you but serve you plenty of poor attitude and snobbery.

If you have a smart phone you can always find coupons that give you a good discount. I like their sales here and stocked well stocked they are. Good craft store. I always find what I need here.

So I LOVE the items that Michaels carries, but the customer service is sooooo bad! No joke — there will be 2 HUGE lines at checkout and no one will come over and open a new register. I think I get in & out quicker at Costco!

Michael’s makes me HAPPY. Where else can you go to feel like such a crafty girly girl? I love Michael’s for its consistency and reasonable pricing, as well as their variety of hobbies or crafts you can start by shopping here. Their Michael’s app is pretty cool because you don’t have to clip coupons, they scan it from your phone, awesome! I have been shopping at Michael’s since I was a kid and I still love it =)

Oh Michaels… how I adore thee! They have such a wonderful selection of products for your cake decorating, scrapbooking and crafting needs! I love looking at all of the Wilton cake decorating products. I can spend quite a while drooling over all of the tools and decorating supplies. I find myself wanting everything in that aisle!
Here’s a tip to get the most out of your Michaels shopping excursion. Every time you purchase something, make sure to accept the offer of a coupon. These are usually good for 40% off any single item the following week. If you have a big ticket item you’ve been drooling over, take a trip back to Michaels the following week and use that coupon to save some $$$. That’s the way to do it. ;)
