Pizza Hut

This particular Pizza Hut has one of the most pleasant delivery staff as well as in store staff. The store is always clean, well staffed, and my appearance at the store is always acknowledged with a smile and eye contact! Not overly solicited but just the right amount of suggestion. The delivery staff is on time, friendly and always curtious. I give this location 4 outstanding stars in the road to magnificent!

I had never been to Papa Murphy’s before but had a coupon, &so the journey begins: First off, clean store. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff.
I take the pizza home and bake it myself? Oh, well alright… That’s fine, I guess. I get home AND GUESS WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENS? I’ll tell you, the dough would not come off of the fake plate thing. I’m being gentle, losing my patience, I’ve lost it, I pull out some scissors and start making incisions attempting to remove pizza from this flammable cardboard. It’s going horrible. I basically fold the pizza into threes and remove the stupid fucking paper platter… my pizza is a mess. I fix it best as I can, add some more cheese. It’s baking now and looks like a monster. Smells good, though…“lets go out to eat, PSYCHE! Let’s buy a pizza to take home and bake «let’s…not.

The pizza sucked. Waffle fries were more like potatoe chips. They don’t have ketchup. I’ll never go back

Went there on Thursday evening!
Place was dirty. It seemed like no one was working. Tables were left with trash and no one was cleaning them. Workers were just in the kitchen area doing a whole lot of nothing. The girl in the front was rude and not helpful. Our order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but actually took an hour. No napkins on the tables so if you want napkins you have to get up and get them. Service totally bad.

I would give no stars if I could. Went in ordered a personal pizza. They only have medium and large at this time. What??! Really!!! :(

GHET — TTOE ! That’s the first thought that came to mind when I walked into that Pizza Hut location. Why was I there? … well we all have a guilty pleasure of food that is totally bad for you. For me its eating a bag of Dorrito’s and a Snickers bar at the same time … and for the spouse its Pizza Huts Pan Pizza. We were in one of those «lets give our arteries a work out today» mood and decided to get a pan pizza …(DONT JUDGE … once a year is OK). So we walk in … No salad bar. cruddy brown carpet, extremely cold, and little specks of dirt everywhere. That all being said, the staff was friendly and we got our pizza in the time promised. And it delivered … well as much as a Pizza Hut Pizza can I guess. But really, I’ve been to much nicer looking (and cleaner) P — Huts.

Pizza Hut’s stuffed crust pizza will forever have my heart. No one can tell me there is a better place to get stuffed crust. If I could I would marry this pizza. My love. Oh and the place is nice, clean with a good staff.

The pizza is good except: the staff are lazy and not doing job, the tables were full of trash and weren’t clean until an hour later. The floors were all sticky and not clean at all. I hope you guys have plans to fix your problems and restaurant décor because I like your pizza.

I had a coupon for two pizzas for $ 12.00, so I called in and ordered a medium cheese pizza and a medium ham and pineapple. I was told pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later and the cashier told me 10 more minutes. I waited about 15 minutes and then the lady showed me the cheese pizza. The pizza had a huge burnt bubble on half the slices and hardly any cheese on it. I said this is burnt, so she tells me 10 minutes to wait if you want a new one. I would of said just give me my money back but the pizza was for my daughter and her friend. Finally, 15 more minutes later my pizza is ready and nobody ever apologized. There were many people waiting to pick up pizzas and some women who were eating in there were complaining that they had been waiting for a really long time for there food. Crappy customer service and the pizza wasn’t even good!

Our delivery was quoted 40 – 60 minutes, and took 78 minutes. When we called initially to place the order, then again to check on the status after it was late, it was apparent when we called that the restaurant was completely understaffed, and seemed disorganized. I really did not expect to have to pay for a cold, soggy pizza that was 20 minutes late, but the manager could care less, and we were starving, so we bought it. Perception is reality, and the perception here is that there is no customer service in a poorly ran operation. We’ll be going elsewhere for pizza from now on.

The service is horrible. Everyone that stated on these reviews are telling the exact truth when they say how bad the service really are. Stay away from them! There are so many pizza places within 3 mile vicinity that deliver much better service and serve better pizza. The staff act like they hate their job, the manager has no taste on delivering good customer service and to top it off they are lazy. Pizza Hut needs to start drug testing.

If there were negative stars I would give them to this pizza hut. After I placed my order for delivery i was alerted that it was an hour long wait. I was concerned but decided to wait. Forty minutes later I got a phone call confirming my address, asking for my credit card number although I had already paid and telling me it would be another hour.
I was furious and asked if I could switch to carry out and how long the wait would be. The girl on the phone said my order was ready. Disgusted that they would have my pizza sit around for over an hour, I took the short drive to the store.
Once I was there I saw workers eating and drinking in the food preparation area and taking care of their own dinner orders instead of the line of customers behind me and the dine in customers that were waiting there before I was. Who I assume was the manager had to stop helping customers to tell the staff to start working. The cashier couldn’t find my order and the manager had to stop and do the cashier’s job for her.
It was the worst experience I have had. Long waits for no reason and staff eating in the food preparation area are just a few reasons I refuse to eat here again.

It takes like 45 minutes to get one pizza even when they are empty. Its always been this way. At $ 10 I can’t really complain.

Do not order delivery. Twice we ordered and the first time they canceled out order because they called the cell to verify the number was real. They called 209 area code I’m not 209 so they canceled the order and was not apologetic. The second they said we didn’t order pepperoni lover pizza with pepperonis. Why would we order that without pepperonis? I had proof of the order still on the screen. Once again they didn’t apologize. Corporate has been contacted on both occasions and I have yet to hear from them. I’m over this rude place. The pizza isn’t bad, but the service stinks!

This used to be a dark, dirty little Pizza Hut, but they recently did a complete remodel. It’s now very clean, open and bright. The pizza is as good as ever (if you like Pizza Hut — which I do). I can now recommend this place without hesitation.

I had great experiances both times I wore here.
We ordered online the second time and it was so kool. They let u know wen yur pizzas in the oven and everthing ! Thanks Miguel !

First time I tryed the hot fudge brownie thing. So good :)

I’m giving it one star because it’s the lowest I can give them. Horrible service. I called and ordered pizza, they said 20 minutes, I showed up 30 minutes after ordering. It was not ready. After sitting there waiting another 20 minutes, an employee came out and said they had «burned» my pizza and as soon as they noticed they started cooking a new one. Um, if that is the case, then when I got there 30 minutes after ordering, they should have already put a new one in and it should have been ½ way done. I should not have had to sit there 20 minutes to find out it had burned. I asked for a refund and it was given back. Next time, I’ll spend the extra $ 20 bucks for Mountain Mike’s or Round Table.

This place is so dirty and the service is slow. Not to mention i see all of the employees playing around with their friends that came to see them. Avaoid this pizza hut at all costs if your in Turlock California.
