After almost 2 years of not ordering from Papa Murphy’s because of so many order screw-ups I decided to give them 1 last chance. Guess what? They blew it! How hard is it to make a pizza with half no onions/half onions? It must be pretty dang hard because they have screwed up this order at least a dozen times. I really hope the owner of this location is reading the reviews because it’s absolutely ridiculous that many employees over many years have made his/her business look bad and driven away customers.

Another visit to Papa Murphy’s. I had a pack of salami in the fridge, so all I wanted was a cheese pizza. But I wanted to try something different today, and I went with a pan crust this time. I ran over to Raley’s to pick up a few things while they assembled my pizza. When I returned, it was only about a minute before my pizza was ready. The pan crust comes in an aluminum pan while reminded me of a super-sized but shallow pie plate. I always cook Papa Murphy’s pizzas on a pizza stone, so I separated the pizza from the tray. The pizza came off easily because of the oil in the pan. I sprinkled cornmeal on the bottom of the crust like I normally do, which was a bad idea. The cornmeal absorbed the oil and the pizza stuck to the peel. I had to use dental floss underneath to get the pizza moving. The pizza turned out pretty good, but next time I will go back to the original crust. Pizza is greasy enough. We need not add to the calorie count with a buttery pan crust!

Love the feeling of homemade pizza freshly out of your own oven. I come here weekly. Service is Great. It’s better if you call it in if not you can always go next door and do some groceries shopping. While your pizza is ready. Great location too. Check the Sunday paper for coupons.

Food is fine. Service is poor. Kyle(name badge said supervisor) was rude and unfriendly. Acted as if I was interrupting him by purchasing a pizza. After my transaction he had a customer who’s gift card didn’t scan. Just said, nothing I can do, you can’t use it. Then said she’d have to call. She said call who? Back to speak to a manager. I guess a supervisor cannot solve a problem or provide service at papa murphys. No more, I’ll just go to Deans take and bake!

I went in today Sunday June 7th2015 for 3 pizzas. I called them in ahead of time they weren’t ready. 4 employees and nothing ready. They made the pizzas but they didn’t care about quality the pizzas looked crappy. I asked for light garlic and it was loaded with garlic. They seem to be putting lighter and lighter toppings each time I’ve gone. Kyle one of the workers tells me a price over the phone then when I get there it’s another. I’m tired of these damn college kids or young adults with no customer service skills or care for quality treating me this way. DOESANYONEWANTTOSTRIKEON A WEEKENDWITHME? I like Papa Murphy’s but I’m very disappointed that this particular one wouldn’t honor their coupon on Retail Me Not. That’s not the best customer service in my book.

This is a great take and bake pizza. I never feel gross after eating those pizza. Sure you have to cook it at home, but it’s so kick cheaper then going to another pizza place. I think it tastes a lot better too. They ways have surveys you can do for you next visit which allow you to take $ 2 off your pizza. They also have a frequent buyer/rewards card which I think is great.

This place is on the decline. The pizzas here used to be much better. Got a 5 meat stuffed and there is no ground beef on top as described on their web site, and it is no thicker than the regular 2 topping pizza we got tonight. The thing I got tonight was nowhere near what we used to get. Very disappointed.

I have gone to the Papa Murphy’s in Ceres before and order the stuffed pizza with meat lovers on the inside and combination on top and it is really good. Today I decided to go to this place because is closer to home but was disappointed. They refused to make the pizza how I wanted it because one girl said it wouldn’t cook right. i explained that we have gotten the pizza like that before and that it cooks just fine. But she still refused even though we were willing to pay extra for all the toppings. Than when we got home the inside was fine but the top lacked big time. They didn’t want to do what I asked and than have me sorry pizza. Will not be coming back to this place. Ceres will be the only place for me.

this is a review and a recipe. I like the crust of their«De-Lite» pizzas and I have perfected how to get the perfect crust. Get the chicken Bacon Artichoke delite. bring it home and top it(liberally cos I like spicy) with red pepper flakes and crumbled feta cheese(perfect salty bite and less fat). Pop it in the oven at 425 lower rack for 8 minutes. Now(here’s the hard bit) trying not to burn yourself, slide off the base and let the pizza bake on your oven rack for 3 more minutes. You could either remove the whole oven rack and do this, or try and do it whilst in the oven. I’ve managed both. Wait till the bottom crust firms up and specks of brown/black blisters appear on the top. a la NY style…(about another 3 — 5 minutes(you kind of have to watch it). remove. wait 5 minutes to cool and then slice up with a pizza cutter. DELICIOUSNY style thin crust and a BOMB pizza. ANOTHERTIP: order in advance, the staff will tell you how long it’ll be.

This is hands down the best take and bake pizza I’ve ever had. Got it for a birthday party of eight adults and two kids. We chowed our way through four family sized pizzas and had the equivalent of one pizza left over. Two with red sauce on their original crust and two of their thin crust specials — without red sauce. Both crusts are great! There were no uneaten bits sitting on plates afterwards, and you know how rare that is! The pizzas cook up perfectly in the oven with a nice chew in the crust, crunchy around the edges and not soggy in the middle. The paper baking trays work wonderfully. We got plain cheese for the kids, which was a big hit. Next up was the Chicken Bacon Artichoke on the thin crust with a garlic sauce instead of red. My boyfriend said it was like breakfast pizza — with the bacon — but it was really good. Thin crispy crust, and just the right proportion of each topping. Then, we had the Cowboy — pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and olives, with a red sauce. You could not have piled more toppings on this pizza, really generous with the sausage too! Just when we thought we couldn’t eat any more, the thin crust Herb Chicken Mediterranean with olive oil and garlic, chicken, spinach, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes came out and we all ate«micro» slices of that. Two or three each. They were all as tasty as they sound and the prices are incredible, too. They distribute coupons generously and you can always find them on the paper too. So it’s easy to save money. Call in advance with your order so you don’t gave to wait, that’s all. Problem solved.

We love Papa Murphys, and get it pretty regularly. Never had any problems with wait time, but we usually call it in, or place the order and run an errand or two in the shopping center, and it is always ready when we get back. The cheese pizza is fine, nothing special, tastes like a take and bake cheese pizza. Satisfies the kids. However, I have become slightly addicted to the veggie delite, super yummy. I usually add some onions, or cilantro, or whatever I’ve got laying around when I get home. Thin crisy crust, oily cheese… mmmmm. Take it off the paper plate for a bit, and put it directly on the oven rack. An easy, no fuss option that a friend and I occasionally opt for on cocktail night; fits right in after the screwdriver and before the warm brandy :) Plus they always have coupons in the newspaper. Good deal!

Went in after work to grab a QUICK dinner… I was waiting in the lobby for over 40MINUTES! Horrible especially when the staff doesn’t acknowledge you. I wish I would have just ordered pizza or grabbed fast food. Bottom line if you’re thinking take and bake will save you time and be easy. You’re wrong, especially at this location!

Went to Papa Murphy’s today, feeling soooo lazy and thought hey why not a take and bake pizza? We gave Papa Murphy’s a try and it was a perfect mid-week dinner. Pizza was exactly what we expected, tasted great!
