Do not go to the seamstress here. I dropped off 4 pairs of jeans to be hemmed she does not speak very good English but I did understand she wanted me to pay when I dropped off my jeans. I paid her $ 48 and she gave me my receipt. Came back a week later with my receipt she states I never paid cause my receipt did not have paid written on it! She would not give me my jeans until I paid another $ 48! My 4 pair of hemmed jeans just cost me $ 96!!! This is so disappointing! Ugh I will never go back to her again!

I was looking for a specific color of satin and I found it seconds after entering the store. The staff was helpful and quick. I wish I would have started here before driving all around Modesto! The trip was worth it.

If you are crafting or looking for a specialty fabric at a good price, you will be happy. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They have tulle, silks, lace, netting, polyesters, as well as ribbon and trims to die for. I will be back.

Great place friendly staff, good location, great for costumes and total package! Would recommend to all. Have seamstress that is great!

Great prices, flexible schedules for seamstresses, wide selection of fabric in store. Only downside was that a piece of fabric I had added to my dress was a little bit crooked, however, it wasn’t extremely noticeable and for the price I paid and the short notice I gave the seamstress to work with, I would say overall this is a worthwhile place to shop and have dress alterations done at.

They are big, disorganized, and don’t even carry cotton thread! Not a good place to go if you’re a quilter!
