This taco truck makes the best asada quesadillas I’ve ever had from any establishment. Why is it the best quesadilla you ask? I can’t quantify it but the numerous people I’ve dragged here have been unanimous in their response: it is amazing… used to go here when they parked up the street at the airport market on greenway. now they are in front of a punjab fabric place, but the food is still the same. I never stray from the quesadilla anymore b/c it’s that good… but from what I remember the tacos and burritos are decent.
