I love the staff but I feel like I was ripped off when it came to the avocado being charged for 3 scoops, and the amount of meat placed felt like I was skimped with the portions that was placed on the sandwich.

Nice place with consistently good sandwiches. You cannot go wrong here. One problem though. I’m not sure if it’s a franchise decision or each franchisee’s manager and owners decision. But they need to leave a tip jar and a space to leave a tip on the bill. Every Togos I go to The employees seem to be working pretty hard and they need to be compensated for making a custom sandwich. They need to show some appreciation for their employees and allow customers to do that by letting them leave tips.

My family goes to Togo’s very often and like the food. Just a suggestion, maybe the employees need to learn some better customer service or be retrained. Last 2 visits we didn’t have the greatest customer service, they should at least act like they like their job. Thanks for your time.

Always quick with getting our food. Very friendly staff. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable. I also love that I can place my Order over the phone and or online and pick it up! Love this place :-)

My friend an I just ate here at noon both got the same thing turkey on white with everything and we both have food posing. The guy gave us our sandwiches on a soaking wet tray an when we asked for another one his response was«it’s just water» thanks but I just spend 20.00 on two sandwiches I don’t want them soggy.

I grew up with Togo’s when they started up out in the Bay Area. They were the best sandwich shop on the planet. But now that they have gone corporate and left the local vibe out, they SUCK! The sandwiches have gotten so stingy and smaller. You used to get a meal back in the day… not anymore. Their salads are just a complete joke now. I am very disappointed in Togo’s now. We used to go and eat here once a week. Now we haven’t been there in over 9 months. Why bother? I can make just as good of a sandwich or salad at home. So sad the corporate greed took over. The Turlock store used to be all about the community and the school spirit… not anymore. Corporate made them take it down and now it looks just like any other cookie cutter Togo’s in the country. Small stingy sandwiches. Tiny pathetic salads… both overly priced. I have complained to them before, but I get the same corporate stamped mumbo-jumbo. Just not worth the time anymore. So sad.

Togo's has really changed. I used to love the pastrami sandwiches. They are now so dried out and look like overcooked bacon sandwiches or pastrami that has been setting too long and looks all dried up. Shocking what the prices are now as well. So sad. I will not be coming here ever again. Customer service is sure not what it should be in this Togo's. The portions are now a lot smaller but the prices are way too high. Whoever updates the menu needs to UPDATE the menu on line. The prices are high even at $9.00 listed on the menu on line but when you go there to the actual restaurant, they have doubled. I see some people are bragging about the pastrami sandwiches but I was served what looked like dried up pieces of bacon. It seems like I got the last batch that must have been left sitting when it should have been changed out for fresh. I never eat fast food very often as it is so unhealthy but I was hungry for a pastrami sandwich which around 10 years ago was very good. Now it is twice the price and simply looks gross and not appetizing. I took one bite and had to throw it away. If I had eaten there where I could see the sandwich, I would have gotten my money back. I had to travel to get there and did not want to go back to return it so I trashed it, and that is why I am commenting.

Great service, great food, great atmosphere, and you don’t feel sick after you eat their food. What more can a man/woman ask for? And I am not blaming Togo’s for this, but the shopping center that they are in has no bike racks and the trees are too thick to put a metal lock around. The shopping center really should fix that.

I just finished eating an Italian on wheat. It was excellent. The meats were flavorful and there was a good amount too. The veggies were all crisp and fresh, and the bread held up to the Italian vinaigrette. I love a good cold cut sandwich, and this place delivered. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Pastrami, chicken or w/e it’s good. I come mostly for the chicken because it’s juicy. Overall, I’ll always be going because subway sucks ass

Been going to this location forever. When you walk in and they have a full counter of people in line NO they dont greet you and NO they dont talk to you until its your turn up at the counter, this is how togos has always been… The food is always great.

Went to Togo’s for lunch today. I had the tuna on sourdough, but they didn’t ask me if I wanted any cheese on it. I did. The sandwich was good. Not incredible, but not disappointing either. The experience was about what I expected. No surprises, good or bad.

Most people only write on here to give complaints, but I am going to go against the grain and give a compliment. Keep in mind that this location is one of the busiest for Togos. I am usually in between classes and in a hurry to get back to my next class. They rely on customer satisfaction: they get you in, make your food, and get you out. Not only do they get you out in a timely manner but the food is amazing! If I see a long line in any other restaurant, I walk out because the likelihood of them getting to me in a timely manner is slim to none. However, this isn’t the case for this location! I gladly wait in line and enjoy my sandwich before my next class!

I’ve been a customer of the Turlock location since 2000, possibly before that. It used to be my go to spot for sandwiches but over the last couple years it has changed for the worse. The employees no longer seem to care, they are unfriendly, seem put out for anything you ask for. It may seem petty and I am sure the owners have their reasons but the way they handle trash in the restaurant is rather gross. Open dish bins for the customer to separate their own garbage just sitting open in the restaurant is tacky. The quality of the food also seems to have gone downhill. It may just be the roast beef they have been using the last couple years. It is just not the quality meat that it used to be, stringy, over fatty and unappetizing. I also miss the old menu. The new displays are so limited and I am sure they still make most of the sandwiches they always did but you would have to know them or peruse the paper togo menu. I miss the big wooden board with all the sandwiches listed on it on the wall. I have been a fan of Togos in different cities since I was a kid. I want to like this location since it is the only one local, but I don’t. Luckily for me they have some decent competition just down the road.
