Domino’s Pizza

Sending some love out to the Thursday’s night crew. I can tell they took great care in making their pizzas because it was well put together and tasted great. I hope the owners are treating these folks right.

Incompetent, rude and an udder lack of caring would be how I describe this place. I called ¹²⁄₅ and said I was going to place a large pizza order for my child’s birthday party the following day ¹²⁄₆ at 2pm and asked how they would like me to do it as I did not want to bombard them at the last minute. They asked that I place the order that night and call the next day to confirm they have it. I placed the order ¹²⁄₅ and paid for it online per their request. I called at 10:30am to confirm they received it which they indicated they did and they would have it ready by 1pm. I indicated I was setting up for a party and that my father in law would pick it up if that was OK and they said it was, he would just need to bring his ID so they can copy it. My father in law arrived at 1pm and indicated he was there to pick up 15 pizzas… There immediate response «We don’t have any orders for 15 pizzas.» After about 10 minutes of talking in the back, they came out and changed the story to «A lady came and picked them up.» We asked for the persons name which they were could not provide (even though they said they would copy my father in laws ID). My guess is that they just never made them and they forgot and tried to make up a bogus excuse. Regardless at this point we ask them to make them ASAP and ask if they would be willing to deliver them so my father in law did not have to wait over an hour for them to be completed. The «manager» came from the back and was so rude to my father in law. They said they were just going to void the transaction. My father in law said «OK, give me a receipt or something that shows my son in law gets his money back» they refused. I still have not received my money back. This place is a joke. I’ve filed a complaint with their corporate office. I called Little Cesars in desperation and they made us 15 pizzas in 30 minutes. Thank God for them and their employees who actually cared about this situation. They saved my childs birthday party!

Ordered pick-​up. Called in the pizza, was surprised and happy by the 10 $ large. The pizza was for family, so a different family member offered to pay for dinner on their card, if I picked it up. The kid behind the counter was rude, and refused to give me my 10 $ pizza without ID. He looked at my boyfriend and said, «Sorry bro, no ID, can’t give it to ya.» Bro? Is that customer service? He treated my BF & I as if we stole the credit card to peer a 10 $ pizza. (If I wanted to order pizza on a stolen credit card, a $ 10 pizza at Domino’s would NOT even be an option for me!) One thing I don’t understand, is I can use the Domino’s app from my phone, and use ANY credit card number, and pick up with no hassle. In the past, I’ve ordered $ 50+ worth of food on my personal card, and had a completely different person pick it up with no ID, or question at all.
So, we went to pull cash out, and picked up our pizza. They did not offer to warm the pizza up, or apologize for our experience. So, we went home with a cold pizza, only to discover our pizza was made wrong.
I have been to this location plenty of times in the past 10 years, and after this experience, will not return.

Placed an order with detail directions of who to deliver too and the driver failed to deliver to the proper person. When I called to complain they wouldn’t make it right. Basically took the position that not delivering to the right person wasn’t there fault!!!

perfect system for delivering pizza, very accurate and easy to use. I put in the order and step by step I was informed, I opened the door before the driver even rang the door bell that’s how informed I was! Thanks guys

I won’t place an order since they won’t show me the price until I ‘order’ it. So I can’t choose based on price and affordibility.

I called them at 1255am to order a pizza. I listened to a recording for about 2 minutes then sat on hold until exactly 1 am when the worker answered the phone and said they just stopped taking orders. She was rude and laughed. I’m hangry and peeved now

I order here all the time. They have a great product. The team is usually pretty darn good, and helpful. There are mess-​ups, as there are with any business. Greg, the proprietor, is amazing; and he always is quick to fix any issues. He has a good crew, a great product, and works hard to go the extra mile for customer service. A lost art in today’s pizza/​restaurant chains.

Don’t ever order dominos but Papa John’s closes at ¹⁰⁄₁₁. The pizza was half assed with bubbles all over and the toppings were not evenly distributed. The estimated delivery was 20 – 25 and they arrived at 40 minutes… The delivery driver banged on the door, didn’t say hi, I have a order for, how are you doing, nothing. He had already opened the hot bag before I opened the door. He gave me the order. Pulled the receipt out of his pocket and uncrumbled it, said «can you just sign this» and then left… It was the worst delivery driver ever. No customer service. Our food was on the colder side. And the ranch we got was hot, it was gross. I’ll stick to Papa Johns.

Great customer service! What a team! They accidentally made the wrong pizza, notified me immediately and gave me the incorrect pizza, my ordered pizza, and a free 2L bottle of soda. that’s two pizzas and a giant soda for the price of my one pizza. In fact, I picked up a personal soda and they reminded me to get a bigger one. Such nice people.

I love Domino’s, especially this location. My pizza always tastes great and the staff is so friendly!

I recommend the Brooklyn style pie. I often order online from this location. Their delivery service is prompt and the pizza always arrives hot from the oven.

Every since you changed how you make your pizza i love this place. I only wish you had a location closer to me. I am in Modesto and you closed the one closest to me years ago. Oakdale rd in Modesto and Turlock are a little far for pizza but if I’m in your area I always choose you guys. keep up the great work.

Would be nice to have crispy wings. I hate soggy wings and that’s how I got em tonight. Gave domino’s a chance cuz they had a good deal, and they’ve advertised that they’re making improvements. Definitely satisfied w the pizza for what I paid. Had some great flavor and I noticed a garlic flavor to the pizza, but I didn’t get garlic. It was really good. Nice n friendly employees, as soon as they saw my daughter they offered her a lollipop. Those small things are nice to see.

Great pizza for a great price. We used the app to order, and it was done exactly at the time they said it would be. They’re super friendly and have great customer service.

This place has the yummiest pizzas, they are super friendly, and open till later, it’s yummy, fast, and affordable!

I live a town over, I went into domino’s in turlock and ordered a peporoni. I left and didn’t check the pizza. They actually CALLED my house and told my family they gave me the wrong pizza and to bring it back (it had pinapple and no meat). I was starving and live 15 min away, I ate the pizza.
But honestly out of the hundreds of times I have had domino’s over the years this is the only time they have messed up. There pizza is alright for the price, better than little ceasras. But you could also get pizza hut for 10 $.

Deep dish pizza was so on point, great. We ordered online so it waa new.
