I rented a 5’x10’ storage unit from ~August to December in 2015. Monthly rent was $ 43, but there was a special for the first 3 months which reduced the price by 1⁄3.
Pros:
— Good location. The facility is located in the middle of Turlock on Golden State Boulevard, so it was very easy to access.
— The unit had a light, which made moving stuff in/​out at night convenient.
— Easy to access the unit within the property. The unit was easily accessible by my car.
— Professional, friendly, and clear staff.
Cons:
— The unit didn’t have a door stop, so something had to hold the door open while I moved things in and out of the storage unit.
— The hours were a little shorter than I would have preferred, around 7 am to 6 pm.
If you call, ask for current specials. I did a lot of scouring of the Turlock area for a storage unit and Turlock Mini Storage provided the best compromise of facility quality, price, and location convenience.
