Ellis Self Storage

If inept management is your cup of tea, this is the storage facility for you. I had an issue where one of their tenants busted the fire sprinkler and it flooded my unit. I was told by the manager Ramon that the tenant would pay for all damage and Ramon would have them contact me. Days passed and nothing, then I called and the female manager Carol said oh we know nothing about that, Ramon went on vacation. Needless to say I never got anything from the tenant, and went in personally to get some sort of resolution. The manager Carol said my rent was taken care of and Ramon still wasn’t back from vacation. When he did get back, he had one of the front desk clerks call me to tell me my rent was late. I called back and Carol apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I’ve been waiting for any of these other storage facilities to have a bigger unit open up. Until then I let everyone know what a hack job this facility is. I just found out today that a tenant had their locker broken into as well. Ellis Storage cameras couldn’t get a plate or any footage of the scumbags, what a surprise. Sure glad all the money we pay these fools for rent is being used for protection/​security of our belongings. Stay away!
