Clean, friendly, Great customer service, these are all words I would not use to describe this place. It’s run down, and the employees are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

i dont know whats wrong with the experience the 2 others had but the owner is one of the nicest people youll ever know. always get treated with respect there. his deals are great as a buyer. but if youre looking to sell games there keep in mind he resells the games and at a cheap price so dont think youre going to get retail as thats not how businesses stay open. this place, to me, is a gem! just got back from there =)

This place sucks. The tacky hand-written neon signs are reason enough themselves to stay away from this establishment. But where it really bites the big one is the inventory and the owner. The stuff is a bunch of undesirable crap — maybe there’s a few good things to be found but there’s so much junk that it really isn’t worth scrounging. Then you have the owner who’s extremely rude and snide. He’ll insult customers openly in front of them. I’d rather pay 3x somewhere else then deal with this flea market operation.

Do not take your X-Box here to be fixed. The charged me and when I went to pick it they where actually using my machine. Then the fix only lasted two weeks. Of course the would not do anything about it.

Ziggy’s is one of those weird little hole in the wall stores that just makes you wonder how they stay in business. Honestly this is so different than your standard Gamestop or Hollywood video that i really thought it was cool at first. There are a couple of exotic birds behind the counters, old photos of wrestlers pinned up on a wall and the place is a smörgåsbord of old(sometimes cool) crap. But first impressions can be deceiving. The place is absolutely filthy and filled with consoles and controllers that either don’t work(ie. Sega Saturn, Sega Genesis) or empty boxes used to house old consoles(ie. Nintendo, Sega CD). Nothing like being teased with stuff you can’t buy;). If you go there bring some latex gloves;). I’ve been in a lot of video game stores and this one wins the Gold Award for dirtiest little hole in the wall hands down! Most of the games are behind the counter in cases and i think i actually pissed off the owner because i had the«nerve» to want to thumb thru the cds to see what they were. I did buy a few games but the owner, who appears to be Native American was such a jerk that it’s not worth my time. I’d rather shop at place that values my business.
