Great customer service. Jordan helped me out. He was so nice! I was shopping for my boyfriend who didn’t want to give me his exact size because he didn’t want me to buy him anything. It was so hard to go off of height and weight but Jordan was able to help. Finally my boyfriend gave me his exact sizes. All the guys working that day were very helpful. Will definitely shop there again!

Too much competition for the staff at Active Ride and the management to think they don’t need to give better customer service. They make no extra effort at all — not with having enough staff on hand during check out(waited 35 minutes to check our last time I was there). To being accommodating with their ridiculous promotions — They offer Active Ride Bucks and make them good for only 7 days so if you miss those 7 days, even though you spent hundreds there, too bad, you are out of luck. Good customer service means being accommodating and caring about your customers. Their staff definitely lacks customer service experience. I will not give them my business anymore, –I would much rather shop at Tilly’s or Pac Sun — much better service, better return policies and way better customer service.

I had previously written a pretty bad review about this store not giving cash refunds. But tonight, I had to go back in to buy some pants for my son. The(Mackelmore looking) guy was so helpful and sweet. He helped my son find the right pair of pants and got my younger son some cool shirts. Just a great shopping experience with this guy! I realized on the way home that I had written a crappy review when I was so pissed last year, I HADTOREVISE it. That guys attention to us was amazing. Thank you and I’m sorry for my crappy review last year.

This is probably one of the more mediocre Actives out there. The employees are not that friendly, just kind of doing their own thing. The store isn’t really organized that well, the one at the Spectrum is a lot better. Their selection of clothing isn’t that great either. Especially in the shoe department. I guess it still serves its purpose as a local skate shop but I’ve seen better.

Best place for Lakai shoes. I love this place for my teen son. He still can’t have the shirt with pot leaves or the one with chicks with big boobs… Clothing is a little pricey but it’s what the boys are wearing, not the crappy stuff that comes from the place that rhymes with Stolls.

Went in to purchase some shoes one day but decided to return it because the fit wasn’t quite right. The return was simple but the employee would not give me a return as I paid for it, said that they can only refund me by store credit.

Purchased a Nixon watch(not cheap!) for the bf’s bday from the Spectrum store because this store didn’t have the one I wanted. Of course bf goes and buys the same watch! UGHH! I bring it into this store because it’s closer to me to find out there is a no refund policy! Exchange or store credit only! CRAP! The manager was nice enough to extend the 30 days I was allowed to exchange, and wait to see if they get in a watch that I would want for myself Waited a few more weeks, nothing… Can’t remember his name, but he ended up doing a special order for me so I can actually exchange for something I’d want. And in the process of it shipping to the store and all that, he kept me updated. Great customer service! Thank you! Unfortunately, the rest of the employees aren’t as great and usually don’t even acknowledge you when you enter the store.

Came in here last night to buy some new sunglasses and a watch. I walk in and one guy says«Hi» and thats it. Four guys at the counter all talking to eachother(not sure if they are all employees) and I was the only person in the whole store actaully shopping. I spent a good 15 minutes looking through the cases at vestal watches and some spy sunglasses and never even got help. I would have easily dropped some cash if someone just acknowledged my existence. bad service, decent prices.

There have been times that I’ve gone here and the customer service was eh(they’re sort of lazy or stuck up) BUUUUT their merchandise is a lot better than the Active at The Spectrum. 5 stars because there was this one time my sister and I went to this Active and the lady who helped us through the whole process of ordering a shoe in my sister’s size and finding a store that had it went so smoothy and she was sooo sweet. This rating is for you!(I wish I knew your name so I could give you public recognition but you know who you are, thank you:])

It’s comparable to other Actives, but in my opinion it is probably the second best location I have been to(Spectrum, Orange, Alton, Brea). Good selection, nice staff. The store isn’t huge but the selection is. They have«What Up Wednesdays», where there is a daily deal(ex: 2 for 20 shirts). If you’ve been to active, you know what you’re getting, but I prefer this one for some reason. It seems to have more of the styles of shirts and shoes that I am looking for.
