Great service, very nice and quick with the food! We’ll be back. They could have added a little more A1 sauce to my steak burger. That’s why I didn’t give five stars. I guess I will just plan on asking for extra sauce on the next visit.

One star experience tonight. It’s too bad because the food is good but the service was bad! I ordered the big burger combo to dine-in. The place was not busy; only me and one other customer ordered after me. Paid for my meal, filled up my drink, and sat at a table upfront and in clear eye view of the workers. Just my luck, I waited 10 minutes and Concepcion walks by me and delivers a meal to the customer that order after I did. Wtf?! The Resputia within me arose and Norbit was on my mind — oh no she didn’t!!! As I waddled my ass towards the counter, locked eyes on Chata and as I waddled closer, Her eyes grew wide with terror. Homegirl knew immediately something was wrong… I told the Carl’s Jr employee that I had not received my order and the customer behind me was stuffing his face before me! She looked dazed and confused. I began to bark some more and then she understood my concern. Maria quickly jumped behind the grill and made my order. She handed me the tray and smiled like all was good. Having my food in hand I began to simmer down. I asked her what the problem was and she had no comment. I said to her that my order must have been forgotten and she answered«I dunno» I swiftly turned around — gone with the wind fabulous status and waddled back to the table. I’m eating a very tasty, freshly made burger and chowing down on the fries. When I came up for air, I noticed the dude that ordered after me was chomping on the same exact burger as I was. I politely leaned over, I told him about the staff effing up my order and asked him what he ordered. He said the all natural burger beyond burgers… I smirked and told him he was eating a 1.99 big burger. To my surprise Conchita was briskly walking towards us with a silver plater that held the 6.00 burger beyond burgers and handed it to the customer that ordered after me. Esmeralda said she accidentally gave him my order and laughed it off like it happens all the time. The customer that ordered after me said he was too full to eat another burger. Homegirl handed it to him and said, eat it later wtf??? Well this experience, as humorous as it is now writing it, was not so pleasant and since the staff was not apologetic and didn’t acted like their eff up was habitual, I gave them 1 star and would probably not visit this location in the evenings again. Hope Juanita learned not to mess with hungry hungry hippo because I don’t mess around when it comes to my 1.99 meal!!!

Make sure to check your order before leaving Drive-through. I don’t come here often because the service is terrible, employees are always mean and you have to wrestle them for ranch or catchup if you ask for more than 1 of each. This place deserves no star.

This was my first Carl’s Jr ever! However, I have been to Hardee’s back in Florida which is another branch of operation from this chain. I thought the prices were reasonable, wide variety of food, efficient service, and friendly service. I ordered a strawberry shake with a chicken club sandwich. Both were tasty and delicious. For a fast food joint, this business was perfect in my opinion. No problems here.

Not fast food. Every Time we go to the drive through we are asked to park in the front to wait for our order to be brought out. And they take forever! All I ordered was a kids meal and 3 orders of chicken stars… Happens every time

I remember now why I don’t eat here ! The service sucks and I’ve wasted most of my thirty minute lunch waiting for food! FMR, when I came in there was not a soul in here and still isn’t 20 min later! 15 bucks an hour isn’t going to help!

Compared to McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr’s food is saltier, and service is slower, but prices are cheaper. * I tried the new Grilled Pork Chop, Egg & Cheese Biscuit for breakfast. Pork Chop tasted better than bacon, ham, or sausage. Egg & cheese were average fast food chain quality. Biscuit was too salty — please cut the salt by 30%.

Haven’t had Carl’s jr in years! So I didn’t really know what to order. I got a western burger just cause it looked interesting and it was delicious! Fries were pretty good too and the place is clean. I will definitely stop by here again and order the same thing. Customer service is great too, lady is nice and attentive :) she served the food to us and asked if we wanted anything else like sauces and such. Great job on that!

I love Carl’s Jr, just not this location. I will refrain from quenching my Carl’s craving here and just wait to go to the one by my work! Came here on Easter Sunday so it was very slow in the drive-thru. I only ordered a Famous Star meal(no substitutions) and an order of zucchini fries. The employee asked if these were in lieu of fries, to which I replied«no» and the screen properly showed my order. Got to the window and received my drink and the bag of food. I opened to check to make sure ranch was in there and then drove home. To my dismay, when I opened my bag again and took out my items… NOFRIES! ARG! Back to Carl’s I went. My boyfriend came with me and was the one to interact with them from there on out. We went inside(dead in there as well), he explained that the drive-thru guy(who had taken our order, who we paid, and also who put the items in the bag) had forgotten the fries and that we wanted the order remade since the burger and zucchini would be cold and soggy by the time we got home again. They made fries and stuck them back in the bag we had handed to them and were about to hand it back to my BF when he stated again he wanted a new burger and zucchini. With a bit of attitude the manager now handing the situation turned around and told her employees to make them anew. When we finally got all the items we had ordered, we received NOAPOLOGY! Really? A simple«sorry for your inconvenience» would have killed you? Got home to be disappointed yet again. I guess they used an old patty to remake the burger with because it was cold and gross. Also, when we had gone through the drive-thru I had asked the guy taking our order what came on the famous star. He rattled off several things, which did not include ketchup, the only reason I asked(guess I should have just asked if there was ketchup and if so, to hold it). Well low and behold the famous star comes with ketchup on it. I hate ketchup on my burger. FAIL. Thanks for nothing Carl’s on El Camino. I’ll stick to the chicken tenders at the Campus location in Irvine.

Woow the cashier Jason was great and provided beyond exceptional customer service. Very professional and polite this made me give them 5 stars, a must meet if you come here and see for yourself. I am not sure if he is a manager or not, but i do hope he does get recognized for providing more than just the normal. Best fast food service i have ever had!

This Carls Jr. Always makes you park and wait in the front for your food for 30 minutes when going through the drive-thru. Multiple times I have had to get out of my car to get my order inside. That defeats the purpose of a drive through. Bad service, drive down the street to another Carls Jr.

I came to this location expecting to have the best Teriyaki burger of my life because they are my favorite. I have not had meat in 4 months and today I decided to break that streak by coming here. They have good customer service, but man who ever made that burger was probably trying to kill me! I should have checked the burger before I went home. The meat looked disgustingly old! I lost my complete appetite! There wasn’t even any pineapple on that burger. Just a tiny half piece! My burger was literally half assed. I’ve had better Teriyaki burgers at other Carl’s Jr. Locations. I’m so upset! I have a stomach ache too now! This location has definitely lost a customer! Maybe I shouldn’t have even started eating meat…

Very friendly experience in the drive through, nelly, the missing star is because the food is okay but not great 5 stars for the friendly employee!

I absolutely love the 2 for $ 2 egg, cheese and sausage biscuits they serve for breakfast. I swear I eat these bad boys everyday if I can. The melted cheese compliments the eggs and sometimes the sausage will steal the show by adding a little spice to the mix. I think every time I start my day with these biscuits I have a good day/everything goes well. McD’s breakfast sandwiches seem lackluster by comparison and it is $ 3.50 just for one of those crappy things. I remember earlier I had bought breakfast for my family and my mom gave a Egg, Cheese and Sausage biscuit to my granny. I had to go to work so I didn’t hear her response. I asked my mom for my grandma’s opinion and she said that granny thinks your broke because you spend so much money on fancy food. Bare in mind grandma has Alzheimers and thinks Nixon is our president(man I wish), but she was happy with the food. I think if you(Carl’s Jr.) can impress an eighty year old Hungarian chef then you MUST be doing something right. Thanks again for the best breakfast found west of the Danube river!

Ill admit, the people at the drive threw are a little slow, pretty slow sometimes. I come here somewhat often after work to wait out traffic and grab a drink, but when I actually come in to get something I’ve always had really friendly cashiers. This time I went and one of the girls was talking to a little boy and helping him get a different toy in his meal. She was so nice to him and to me. She genuinely seemed happy to be working and that’s refreshing. She wears big glasses and she’s younger, I wish I could have grabbed a glimpse of her name tag but I didn’t want to seem creepy. But she’s so friendly and I really appreciate that.

This Carl’s Jr has been here for sometime now; perhaps an update to the ambience is recommended. Regular menu, no difference than other locations. I always come here when i’m craving for Criss-cut fries Staffs are friendly, place is clean.

This Carl’s Jr.‘s drive-thru is always outta control during the lunchtime rush, but they are pretty quick. Although I’m not a huge fan of most of their gluttonous offerings, they do make an okay turkey burger and the chicken taquitos from the«Green Burrito» menu are pretty awesome and it won’t skyrocket your daily caloric intake(only about 225 calories, sans guacamole). The chicken salad w/their balsamic vinaigrette also runs under 300 calories… so that’s always a decent pick, too. That’s about as healthy as you can get at Carl’s!

Not much I can say, typical Carl’s Jr, with typical items. Unfortunately, service and staff are slow. Gave me my number, but the skills of the staff are not that great and it was quicker and easier to bring my number up to front and flag down the wandering girl to get my food.

It’s Carl’s Jr, what more can I say? Actually, this location has served me well over the years as a great place to grab a quick bite. When I walk in, there generally is not ever a line and the food always tastes like it was just grilled or came out of the deep frier. The only thing I did not care for was the breakfast item I ordered. I think it was some sort of country breakfast burrito or something. It was very uneventful and made me think twice about how many calories were in it. If something that bad for you just does not taste good, you need to put it down and order something else.
