This place blows. They are still as ignorant and racist as ever. Yeah, they fired that one stupid employee after the news story of what she called those two Asian customers, but that’s only because they were caught and called out on it, so naturally they threw that employee under the bus.
A friend of mine and my brother’s was with us when we visited this place, since he works out here. Our friend, who for privacy reasons shall remain nameless, is Romanian. Yet one of the staff members here quietly called him a nasty, racist word that is typically used to insult Middle Eastern people (I will not say what it was). Our friend is not Middle Eastern, but even so that kind of behavior [from an employee] is totally unacceptable!
My brother complained to to the manager, who took a dismissive school teacher approach to it and said «Oh, just ignore it.» My brother told him to «F*** off!», and I told that stupid cashier who insulted our friend to «F*** off!», and then I called her «…a $ 2 whore». Our Romanian friend told them off in his language.
The people who work here look greasier and more rancid than the food they serve, and this place stinks of rancid grease and rancid chicken, we could smell it from outside. We decided to take our business elsewhere after how rude the stupid cashier was, and dismissive the manager was as well. I hope this particular CFA goes under.

Staff is always kind and go out of their way to help customers get their orders fast and correct. The drive through line moves along quickly even during rush hours.

Over priced kids’ meals. The chicken ‘Nuggets’ are literally the size of a mans thumb nail (4 or 6 option) & strips are literally 2″ * 1″ (1 or 2 option). My kids are young, but come on, they do need to eat! Then, you only offer oj, water or milk? Again, come on! Most kids, if they drink juice, drink apple juice. This is a CHEAP way of giving water (free) & pocketing more money. Finally, no yogurt, Apple slices or carrots (only fries???). Really??? I have a kiddo who doesn’t like fries. Options here? ZERO. Definitely not the place for kids.

Five stars for a fast food restaurant! Clean place, friendly service and tasty food! Even we didn’t order a kids meal, they gave us a free toy for my little boy! The spicy chicken biscuit sandwich is great.

Had a sudden fitness relapse and found myself going out for dinner at a restaurant which turned out to be fast food joint! I couldn’t believe it!
The service here is impeccable. Everyone is friendly, helpful, warm, welcoming and not to mention the place is spotless and spacious.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with extra crispy friends and of course extra chik fil a sauce. This place doesn’t disappoint and is right up there with in n out. Now I know what the hype was about when they first made their debut to the west coast!

5 piece chicken nuggets are the best, friendly staff.
Fries are excellent, fast pace, no one can beat chic fil a fries, I will definitely be back here in the future for more nuggets. For those who haven’t tried it, go there, you don’t know what you’re missing.

The food is always tasty and consistent. Can’t go wrong with the place! It’s fantastic! Love their corporate culture and ethics which tickles all the way down to the front staff that take and fulfill your food orders. Also, the only place where you feel comfortable when another dude tells you, «my pleasure».

Food was excellent as always but what really blew me away was the customer service. The management here is incredible. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

A+ staff! Possibly the best customer service experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Good job to the manager in charge on 1÷14÷16. Everyone was so friendly and attentive.

I’ve only had one experience with this particular location, which was OK from what I remember. This review is for Chick-​Fil-​A in general. I like the breading and how it’s juicy white meat. The sandwiches are all basically the same except with the option to add lettuce/​tomato/​cheese or make the chicken spicy. They also have a chicken salad sandwich and chicken nuggets/​fingers. I have not tried their breakfast. All the sauces are good, the polynesian especially. The waffle fries are good. I like the strawberry milkshakes and sweet tea. I think the sandwiches would be dynamite with better artisan bread and different toppings, i.e. guacamole, caramelized onions, buffalo sauce, bacon, etc. It’s never usually too much of a wait. Ppl are generally pleasant. All in all good usually.

Every time I eat at Chik I am never disappointed. The chicken tastes like real chicken my mom used to make. The service is great, doesn’t feel like fast food. Good job Chik!
By the way the nuggets never disappoint!

chick fil a sauce is like crack and even their bbq sauce tastes better than average
i’m a huge fan of their cobb salad (mainly because of the fried chicken), chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, and waffle fries!
I usually get the salad with light italian dressing and those sundried bell pepper crisp things that really step up your salad game. It makes me feel a little less guilty about eating fried chicken and waffle fries :)

I visit this location because the staff here used to run the location at Woodbury (Irvine Blvd and Sand Canyon). Their service and service times are impeccable.
The current Woodbury staff’s service left me with a bad impression as I promised that I would not visit their location again.

I went here for the first time today and really enjoyed it ! I went through the drive through and I mentioned that I never ate there before and the guy taking my order was very helpful! He talked my through the best options and was really friendly (:
The employee at the window who rang me up and gave me my order was also very friendly, greeted me with a smile and was polite, efficient and fast!
I wish I got both the employees names because their customer service was excellent.
I’m giving 5 stars because good service is hard to find these days. I enjoyed my meal but it wasn’t the best I ever had so 4 stars for the food !

Went to the drive thru and specifically asked for creamer and they told me it was in the bag when I asked again to double check and I trusted their word. Get home and of course, no creamer inside!!! Also was given Honey Mustard when I ordered Chikfila sauce.
When I went the next time, they forgot to give me a chicken sandwich and fries so I had to park and go inside to get the rest of my order. If I didn’t double check I would’ve gone home to find missing items. So ridiculous. This location is only good for eating inside I guess.

WOw! Great first time experience! I’ve been wanting to try chick-​fil-​a for a while now and finally got to try it yesterday when picking my sister up from UCI.
This place has great service for a fast food place. It seems so upscale, they bring you the food and also refill drinks for you. You are greeted with a smile once you walk in. The place is clean. The restroom are very clean!
Food is simple. They have regular chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, chicken strips, grill chicken and salads. The regular sandwiches only comes with the chicken patty and pickles. They have deluxe where its upgraded to lettuce and tomato.
So we ordered the regular chicken sandwich & deluxe one, spicy chicken sandwich and chicken strips between my sister, cousin, BF and I. Had 2 combos with the drink.
The sandwiches are very tasty! chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Pretty amazed that the chicken breast is not dry. Chicken strips was very good too. You can choose different dipping sauces and comes in these cute small containers. We didn’t finish the sauces so I took some home! Love their ketchup packages also.

I love chick fil a in general, it’s an upgrade from McDonald’s! This one is down the street from my house, unfortunately, they close so early :(
Maybe I’ve had one bad burger but when you’re hungry, you just keep eating lol. Service is always great here, my brother always has to have more than 7 packs of Chick fil A sauce and the people here are polite enough to give us as many as my brother desires!!! Chick fil a everywhere tastes the same to me, but as someone had written before, soda from chick fil a… It’s always much better than other soda?!

Chick-​fil-​A has been around for quite some time and I finally got the chance to try their original chicken sandwich. Yes, I know! I’m a total n00b.
I ordered the chicken sandwich with a side of their delicious waffle fries and soda. The chicken sandwich was delicious! The waffle fries are crispy and great as well. I highly recommend getting the Chick-​fil-​A special sauce. It’s oh-​so-​yummy!
The people who work there are pretty friendly. Service is fast and you can hear instrumental Christian pop music in the background (because of the company’s religious affiliation). Another great plus =)
