Walked in and was not acknowledged. As i walked closer the girl barely said hi to me in a go away tone. The place was empty as i had gone around 10am. When the second girl came out to take my order she charged me and said nothing. Place is clean but service here is not that great.

The guy gave me the menu when I was having difficulty reading the blackboard menu. That’s why I gave this Jamba 2 stars. This guy lied to me when his team made a wrong juice when I asked him is my drink wrong.(The drink should be green not orange)…he said it’s the right one as I ordered… I left with doubt, and googled the image of the drink. I normally accept wrong drink when they apologize. But this time… He LIED! I went back and got their apology with an excuse. I got my right drink eventually, but not satisfied with my experience. I think they should listen to customers’ question and check to avoid this happen again.

The service is hit or miss. Some of the people working the register clearly do not want to be here– straight up rude attitude. Not talking about your not-friendly attitude. They aren’t very prompt or attentive here. Pretty awful, but at least they’ve never fucked up an order!

I was very impressed by the service at this Jamba Juice. I came in with my volleyball team that I coach(13 people total) and there was already a bit of a line when we got there. The line moved quickly and they got all of our orders made promptly. There was barely a wait time.

Best visit ever! Went in today with my niece and Danny had serviced us. Being that I work for A company that strives for excellence in customer service here in Irvine I was very surprised to receive this astounding customer experience. l left happier than I was when I came in and that to me is what a great customer experience is all about kudos to Danny for being so polite fast and witty!!! You are very much appreciated!

It was packed! There was a lady taking a while ahead of us but Trevor came over to take our order and get it started before we reached the register. Now that’s good customer service I ALWAYS get the Red Gummy bear smoothy, try it! There’s Red White and Sour gummy, but today I felt gross from how horrible I’ve been eating lately and I got the Tropical Greens. It’s Soo good

Only reason this is getting stars is because my acai bowl is decent. The girl that took my order had absolutely no enthusiasm and didn’t seem to care at all about her job. She almost seemed annoyed that I came in so late(8:30 is still 30 minutes from closing here). I don’t mean to pick on her, but I absolutely love Jamba Juice, especially the environment, but this experience ruined the feel. That’s not how Jamba Juice is supposed to be. Idk why it bothered me so much, but she just annoyed me to the point of writing about it

I’ve been a customer here for 15 + years! Always craving a Jamba. Now my three year old is hooked too! I have been ordering a Citrus Squeeze for as long as I can remember. Thank goodness they still make it even though it’s no longer on the menu.

Came to redeem groupon cold pressed juices but they only had 2 flavors not enough quantities. Employees had no clue on when they will get more. No one seemed to care. I was the only customer there at that time. What a waste of time.

I changed locations at work and this has now become my local location. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Today I got the pumpkin almond milk smoothie. It is so addicting and nom nom nom. It isn’t a too overpowering flavor but has that pumpkin flavor I crave during autumn season. My favorite regular is the banana berry, but honestly haven’t tried one I hated. Although the ginger one is beyond intense. If you dont absolutely LOVE ginger don’t get it. The prices are fine 4 – 5. They are filling in my opinion, but I fill up quickly. There are plenty of options for the lactose sensitive like me. You can get the all fruit smoothies(no dairy base). And the new almond milk smoothies! They are seriously all my rage right now. Almost more like a milk shake, which are awesome.

Spent $ 17 on 4 drinks and none of them were tolerable. The guy who made my drinks didn’t even know the most popular items on the secret menu and the ones he tried to make, he butchered. None of us finished our drinks. They were all too watery and either too sour or too sweet. I don’t understand, Jamba Juice! I’ve never had any problems before. This is not ok. They’ve lost an avid customer for sure.

Love getting my Jamba on a hot summer day! I also love their acai bowls that they just added this year. So good and worth it! Great location and plenty of parking space.

Order took forever. I used the buy one get one drink today which was worth the wait. Someone almost took my drink. I don’t like how they don’t have names or numbers associated with the drinks. They just called out the flavor of the drink. People were unsure who’s drink belonged to who. Drink was delicious. But operationally the place wasn’t being ran efficiently and properly.

It’s Jamba Juice. Its loud and everyone is wearing visors. My drinks always taste amazing when I come here. There’s often a line and it moves quickly for the most part. They make one of the best smoothies around. The quality of the smoothie is amazing. I went at around 7:30 in the evening and it was empty and they were very generous is explaining the new arrivals. The price is reasonable

Every time I go in to get my smoothie, a bunch of high school looking kids are working and don’t really understand the concept of customer service. At least a hello, hi, how’s it going, how are you would be good. Rather I’m always greeted with«what can I get you?» I mean if they said that with a smile id accept that as a decent greeting! Also every time I throw in a dollar for tip the cashier doesn’t even say thank you. I only do it cause I feel bad that such a big jar is so empty. And when handing off my drink, there isn’t even a thank you. I usually get a banana berry smoothie. This is a hit or miss. It’ll either be really runny or really flavorless like there was too much ice. Sort of weird though cause they have certain measurements and how many scoops of ice go in a certain size. I understand that making the drinks in a certain timeframe is important but make sure the quality is good too.

Jamba Juice is fairly consistent and serves decent tasting smoothies. This review isn’t about the smoothies; it is about their new acai bowls. When they offered the acai bowls at half off, I had to try them. I ordered the acai power bowl, which came with acai, bananas, blueberries, almonds, and honey. The bowls come in small, medium, or large sizes. I ordered the small bowl and it was filling. The acai tasted fine, but it was lacking the thickness and flavor that is usually in acai bowls. It has a sweetness that gives off a sense of artificial flavors. What I like about Jamba’s bowls is that they come in three sizes. I also like that there are Jamba Juices located in almost every city, so it will satisfy my acai cravings when I need it.

Brain damage at peak times. It’s Jamba Juice, just like the one near you except a hell of a lot busier. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon(granted it was 95 degrees out) and it looked like the Lallapalooza festival with health nuts in place of hipsters. The crew working was laughably understaffed but they did what they could to keep up so I have to give them credit for that much. To that end, twenty minute wait times for juice is not the business!
