McDonald’s

I’m giving this establishment a 2 star due to false service. So this guy was taking my order and we’ll his doing got at it and then he gave me a number and says «here’s your number sir and your order will be serve to you.» After a couple of minutes, a lady was shouting couple of orders like we were in an auction. Bluntly she says again that she doesn’t know the number of the orders. Then she shout again, and that’s the time I grab my order and bring back the useless number.
My point is, why would you gave a number if you’re not even going to use it and why shout the order when you gave a number to a customer.
I’m changing the rating to 1 star due to the fact that this establishment is selective on customers, about 45 minutes since I order here and dine, I’m about to leave when suddenly a white gentlemen was service by the lady who shout orders. suddenly she gave the tray of food that the gentleman order directly to the gentlemen’s table and other white folks too.
Then she was rushing with one of the Hispanic lady’s coffee that she spill it in front of her and say «OH SHIT.»
What a service…

From the manager to the staff. Thank you for making my day colorful again. The burger that I had was very delicious, you made it more cheesy than usual. They also gave me extra fries when I had fries on the sides.
Mcdonalds, you are the best when it comes to burger and fries.

Closed: Drive-​Thru is closed for summer renovation. Normally reliable for a quick bite but now that the drive thru is down, the inside orders can take a while and they’re not always as accurate as the drive-​thru so you have to spend more time correcting the order.

I don’t come to McDonald’s often, if i do, it’s only for convenience. It’s lunch time and I’d rather not try to plow through the lunch traffic at the marketplace to get an In N Out burger. Plus McDonalds is having a promotion right now where you can get one of their new burgers with free medium fries.
I am usually here in the middle of the night, getting something random like a drink of a random burger. I used to come here a lot when I was in highschool, service is McDonald’s service — don’t be a picky customer and they’ll be happy to serve you. And I’m not a picky customer ;)
The playground is in an open space, tables are actually always clean and I’ve yet to have a real problem from here.

Got a sausage Egg Mcmuffin and it had a GIANT PIECE of an eggshell in it I didn’t know it was so hard to properly crack an egg McDonald’s

Absolutely crazy, unacceptable, wait time for lunch. At 1230 a 30 minute wait time for quarter ponder and kids meal. See how fun it is with a young kid waiting this long. Sit down restaurants have Shorter wait time. Wish I had these 30 minutes of my life back. Go to in and out where you wait this long but at least get an awesome burger.

They over deep fried my hash brown. Was someone not checking on the hash browns this morning?

Ahh. Always, every time I’m on the way home from school. I’m just so compelled to grab something here and Im not even hungry… I’ll try to control myself now. Stress causes me to find comfort splurging on food. Like dude, I just had two large shakes, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and a huge bowl of fries with some beans, rice, cheese, chicken, etc dish from loco taco? I forgot the name. It’s a taco joint owned by wee-​man. I know it may not seem a lot of food to some people, but it is to me…

Ordered 20 piece nuggets, cashier was pleasant. He spoke really efficient and fast still able to be understood easily and clearly. I did not felt rushed and my nuggets came out less than a minute. Then I ordered a large chocolate chip frappuccino. The guy made it so quick and quality and presentation was fleek.
Hearing the conversations amongst the workers, it is quite comical cause having worked for food and beverage, I can totally relate hahaha. I didn’t mean to be nosy or to ease drop. I just happen to sit near by.
+workers are delightful.

I never bother to rate restaurants under 5 Stars but I had to with this one. I’ve been going here for 5 years now out of desperation for fries or dipped chocolate cones. Yum! Most McDonalds are very efficient and fast but for some reason this location is always soooooo slow. I always have to wait for someone to serve me even if there’s no line :/

This particular location needs to get their work ethics together, or hire better people. All experiences were through drive-​through.
For the fifth consecutive time that I have visited this place, I was missing a portion of my order. Now I’m not talking about about dipping sauces or napkins, I’m talking about the food that I paid for.
The first time, the fries were missing
The second time, the apple pies
The third time, the hash browns
The fourth time, fries again
The fifth time, the 2 spicy McChickens that I ordered from combo #7. How do you miss that?!
It’s a good thing I’ve developed the habit to check everything before I drove off tonight. I have completely lost my trust in this location and I regret thinking they might have improved over the course of a few months but obviously not. Good luck staying open this year.

I never write reviews for fast food restaurants because I’m not expecting amazing service or exquisite food.
I only come to McDonald’s when I’m craving French fries. When their fries are fresh, oh my gosh, I can’t even describe the euphoria I feel. But, when it’s cold or stale, it’s the biggest disappointment ever. because I only go when I can’t stop thinking about their fries. The last few times I went, the fries were either stale or reheated. You can tell when they’re reheated because they’re warm but taste old.
I came here with a friend because we were craving fries of course. We spoke to Kevin at the drive-​thru, and expressed how important it was for us to get fresh fries because of our previous disappointments, and we told him that we were willing to wait however long it took to make a new batch. We knew this was an annoying request, but he was very sweet and accommodating. We waited a couple of minutes, and lo and behold… The freshest French fries, that descended straight from heaven. He even gave us ice cream on the house while we were waiting. Thank you Kevin. You are the definition of customer service.

The most m&ms ive had in a mcfluffy, double sauces on buffalo + ranch, hell yea McDonald’s

Terrible service the drive thru girl didn’t get our order correct had to pull up to the window to re give our order and could barely understand her very broken English and then when we got our food it was Luke warm at best

This particular McDonald’s has a playplace. It’s outdoors.
There is not a lot of internal seating like the others in the area, so it looks kind of narrow. It makes waiting in line kind of crowded at times and one might have to get around them to get a soda, where the drink dispenser is located. The TV is loud enough to drown out any potential noise from outside… but not from inside.

Mediocre food but what does one expect from a big company that cares more about their share holders. High caloric high sodium hi carb only meals. Dirty messy dining room usually only during evening hours. I don’t know why I let my daughter talk me into taking her there.
I am certainly not surprised why McDonald’s shares are spiraling out of control in a downward direction

This is a corporate owned location #13 583. There is more seating outside on the patio here than inside. When so many of the play places have closed, this one is booming. Tons of parking and they get your order right.

Used to come here for night snack while working late. Usually, I get fresh-​made nuggets, unlike the warm ones with not crispy texture from other locations.
Large coke + Nuggets at 1am? Gosh, I should go to gym for 3 miles running later.

This place is the worst. Most of the time the food is dry and cold and 99.9 percent of the time they tell me «our ice cream machine is not working». Really… do you people even HAVE an ice cream machine? I don’t think you do and I won’t believe you do until I see proof with my own eyes.

Uhhhhrrrrrrrrr I really hate establishments that don’t require more from their teenage workers. These are typically kids first jobs and an opportunity to teach them customer service skills that last a lifetime.
I don’t typically eat at McDonald’s. I’m too old for a happy meal and too grown up to overlook the poor nutritional quality of the food that is available. But I do like fish sandwiches! And in a pinch it works! This store is right by my house so when that rare moment arises I come by. Today was no different than the other three times I came here over the past year. The drive thru is packed with cars so I decide to walk in and order takeout. This tall dark haired kid is working the register. No smiles, no welcome at all. You’re almost made to feel like you really don’t belong. Nobody helping out the front counter. And no thank you when your order is ready. The wait is much longer than any other establishment I have been to.
I can tell by the other reviews that I am not alone in my sentiments. One can only hope that the owner reads and takes notice.
