Starbucks

This location used to be one of my favorites in the morning. Today was exceptionally horrible. I arrived at 6 am there is 3 people including me in the store with 3 batista behind the bar. I ordered a drink and a panini. I got my drink and a normal pace but the sandwich sat on the counter for 20 min before I asked about it. The girl just said oh it’s sitting on the counter. I mentioned it’s been 20 min and all they can do it give me a refund and get back in line. Ahhh. I was already in line 20 min ago when I ordered and Paid. Today was the worst service I have ever received at any starbucks. So disappointed early in the morning.

Horrific service!!! Ordered an ice Americano via mobile. Waited 25 mins at the store to get it. I complained I waited for 20 mins, but they said they were busy. I waited another 5 min to get mh drink while all other walked in customers who came later got their drinks first. Worst starbucks experience ever!

Amazed by kays customer serivce ! I ordered through the drive thru and there was a pretty long line by the time i was almost at the window i realized i forgot my wallet ! At this point i was just thinking about the embarrasment i was going to go through when i say i dont want it anymore. I get to the window and tell the barista (kay) and she said oh dont worry about it ill just give it to you with a smile on her face ! shes awesome

Save yourself the headache and visit a different location. Last two visits my drink was made wrong once I was already at work when I noticed so I had to toss it because it was not soy and to be honest I’m not sure what it was but it was not what I ordered, second time I noticed while still in the store and the girl took forever to remake my drink. So I decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt and I went in this morning made sure my drink order was read back to me and I ordered a croissant with a side of cream cheese, got in my car and realized my breakfast order was wrong, so I give up! I am almost tempted to just give up on starbucks all together because for the amount of business I provide to them I should be able to feel confident that I am getting what I pay for. One hiccup or 2 is understandable we are all human but on a consistent basis, not ok.

Can’t speak for the rest of the employees but the Saturday morning crew is lame. Especially the manager Lynette.

What can you say? It’s starbucks. It’s good expensive coffee and it gets the job done. This starbucks is as good as any other location. No better no worse.

The worst service here. I pass one that you make a mistake. It was clearly written on the sticker and you still messed up the order. This place is getting worser instead of making progress!

After 24hrs on my feet working, it is always so SO nice to come to this Starbucks! The staff are particularly friendly and helpful! Just yesterday I ordered my drink hot instead of cold, completely my fault but barista Corrine not only made me a new one, she went out of her way to lessen my shame at having ordered wrong. While most Starbucks are the same as the next one down the road, these guys have never screwed up my drink, they are very fast and the best part, they make you feel like a long lost friend when you walk through the door! Love these guys!

Great customer service and super friendly employees. They started to remember my silly complicated drink order, which I really appreciate as a regular customer.
Also, probably one of the only Starbucks that actually have more than just half & half option out on the stand. It’s nice not to have to constantly ask for it behind the counter to add to my drink.

My favorite Starbucks location! I always receive excellent service here and the entire staff is very friendly and efficient, especially Brandon.
They always seem to go out of their way to make me feel welcome, and suggest great things when I am undecided. Today they introduced me to London Fog, and it is my new favorite!
Even though a drive up window is more convenient, and they don’t have one, I’d rather walk in here. Totally worth it!

Matt is my favorite. I actually come to this Starbucks BECAUSE OF MATT! When you are paying $ 30 – 50 a week for coffee and a snack, you want to be remembered. Matt makes it a point every day to look up and say «good morning, Lorna!» Man, makes me feel like a superstar. The store is always clean, and Matt is constantly encouraging his fellow peers. I remember one day my husband went to grab me coffee because I was going to be late to work (whoops!) when he came back to drop me off the goods, he mentioned there was a guy there that was so positive and happy. A few days later my husband and I went in together and my husband and nudged me and said «thats the guy!»…I laughed and said, «You mean Matt?» yes… he is an angel.
I go out of my way to come here to be served by him. He needs to be running that store, he makes $ 6.00 a day WORTH IT!

I have been a Starbucks customer for several years and I have never been greeted with such absolute great customer service. My server «Gene» was top notch and if he was apart of my company he would be in line for a promotion. Great to see people excel at their jobs. Thank you Gene for making a difference.

Come here almost every morning, sometimes the afternoon tooo haha… and Im ALWAYS greeted within seconds… usually by my favorite barista, MATT! He always puts a smile on my face. knows my name which is awesome because it makes the experience much more personal. Matt alwwayyys give me great suggestions, half of the time I come in and say «I dont know what I want today help?» He throws out crazy but delicious ideas. I will ALWAYS come back to this location, even tho there is one literally across the street from my work off the 55 and Newport (literally THE WORST starbucks) SO yes, I will go out of my way everyday to come here. My only suggestion is more Spinach Feta Wraps Please !!

Been here a few times and a guy with glasses (that narrows it down) is so friendly, courteous and Funny, didn’t get his name, wish I asked but was awesome. Wish there were more people like that in the world

One point deducted because entering and exiting the complex can be little annoying depending on which direction you are coming from or getting out. It has its own parking lot so ample amount of parking available. I usually prefer Starbucks with drive thru and this location doesn’t have one, hence one more point deducted.
I have been here only few times — meeting up with a friend for coffee. Good enough seating inside but few times that I have been here pretty much all seats were taken. However, their service is pretty quick and quiet friendly staff.

I received the best service here. Such a great staff! Both the gentleman who took my order and the woman who handed me my drink were very friendly and brightened my day with their positive and enthusiastic attitudes. My drink came out tasting amazing, and the gentleman warmed up my blueberry muffin for me and it was soooo yummy! This is a great Starbucks location. My only criticism is that there reallllllllly isn’t enough seating inside for this location. Very small inside. I would suggest hitting this spot if you intend on taking it home or drinking your coffee somewhere else because there isn’t a whole lot of space. The tables are tiny and I would guess that the capacity isn’t very much inside. They have a few tables outside too, which helps but inside is a preference for me.

WARNING: this place may use SPOILED MILK. They need to make sure they store their milk containers correctly and check for expired products.
I’ve been to this location several times, always in the morning around 6 – 7 am, since it’s on the way to the Tustin Metrolink station. They have gotten my drink wrong multiple times, so you need to be vigilant to make sure the cashier writes the correct drink on your cup when you order (basically they always default to chai latte, even if you have ordered a different tea latte). They are also relatively slow to make drinks, which is frustrating since I have a train to catch.
I would have given this place a solid the three stars though, because the baristas are always very friendly and correct their mistakes cheerfully. Except for what happened this morning.
I ordered a mocha this morning, and when I took the first sip of it on the train 10 minutes later, it tasted sour. No joke, actually sour. Screw up your face, squint your eyes, press your tongue to the roof of your mouth sour. I took another sip, thinking maybe I was just tasting residual toothpaste from brushing my teeth this morning. Nope, just as sour. I took a few bites of my breakfast and returned to the mocha. It is definitely sour. What is going on? Luckily I ordered it with soy milk and not regular milk, so I don’t believe it will give me food poisoning, but it definitely tastes like the milk has gone beyond bad.
I hate to give any place such a low rating, but I feel like Unilocalers need to be warned. Be careful getting your drinks at this place! Do not leave until you are sure you have gotten the correct drink and the milk in it is not spoiled!

This is a great place to stop by to have a coffee or tea. The place is clean and the service is great. Thanks Starbucks for my hot water.

This is a great location as far as staff, consistency of drinks, friendliness, and it’s always clean! The parking lot is a bit of a beast, and during peak times you may struggle to find a spot.
Later in the afternoon things get much easier, so if you are looking for a mid-​day pick me up or a second coffee, this is the place to go!
Overall: A+
Good location, busy during peak hours (which Starbucks isn’t?), but friendly staff!
