I have been going to Starbucks for a long long time. Am always greeted when I come in. I have been going to this Starbucks a few times(like10x) and customer service is horrible«no greet» you tend to feel akward as you stand there and no one is helping you. Today I went inside order a coffee that cost 3 $ SMH, I have never paid 3 $ for coffee, I ask the lady if she charge me for soy she said no just the 2 pumps of sweetner, YIKEs!!! Anyhow this is my last time going to a Starbucks. As I talked to my buddy about this experience he recommends 7eleven coffe. Good switch from Starbucks”

I now use the phone order beta and it’s helped a ton! I have still gotten an incorrect drink when I’ve gone through the drive-thru…but I continue to frequent due to the location. The girls that work there are friendly too. The only thing they need to work on is their attentiveness to you when you go in to ask for your mobile order. Trying to get their attention is a little difficult at times… where as the Starbucks down the street sees the customers walk in and to the pickup counter and practically has the drink ready to hand to you!

Normally this Starbucks would be amazing, but today was horrible. I wish I could Give less than 1 star for service.

Love coming to this Starbucks because the service is so fast and they’re right off the 55 freeway. There is rarely a line for the drive through, but if you end up going inside they have tons of tables with available charging ports!

Unfriendly and«understaffed» according to the manager. Out of soy milk and I’m lactose intolerant. Even better, they took one of two beverage orders before telling me on the second beverage that they were out of soy(both drinks were ordered soy and the coconut«milk» is undrinkable and has nasty flavor and texture). This is all after sitting in gridlock for 7 minutes to get into the parking lot. Also, the counter where the register was located was filthy with syrup all over. Sealing the deal was the attitude I got when I asked for a reimbursement coupon. Well I’m off to finish the day with a doctors appointment, no food, and, even better, now I’m late. For reference I spend an upwards of $ 2,400 a year on beverages(two beverages a day for a total of $ 10~ times five or more days a week times 52 weeks in a year), and yes I’m ashamed, but this is where I get to sneak in and I know what the status quo is. Being«understaffed» isn’t an excuse for sub par quality and attitude.

This Starbucks is always slow. I’ve given it a few chances and get disappointed by the slow service. There’s never more than one person taking orders when the line is 15 people deep. I won’t be back.

So frustrating! I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, and the past 3 times I’ve been here have completely sucked. They messed up my order on all 3 visits. I usually come here around 5:30ish in the morning before I go to work. As much as I am tired around this time in the morning I know the baristas are too, but common, I just want to get my coffee and be on my way to work. From all the times going that early in the morning, It’s not busy. So for orders to get messed up… I don’t know. for my 1st and 2nd messed up order were that I had ordered the Carmel brûlée latte and when I received it just takes like a regular latte. I know what it taste like because I’ve been getting this for a while. Then my last visit I had ordered the same thing but they were all out of it which I completely understand so I ordered something else. And as I was waiting I seen the barista mix soy and another milk while I was in my car at the drive thru. When I just asked for soy milk. All of these times have been through the drive thru and I have no time to ask for them to Change it because either I have drove off already and am heading to work. I hate to complain but this is the 3rd time. As well I had received a free drink from my Starbucks rewards and I ordered the venti size and when I got it. Literally I had to take a picture because it was only half way. No joke and the rest foam. With no whip when I asked for whip… What a waste of a free drink. I didn’t even drink it I threw it away.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks ever. Always only ONE person ringing with a long line. I’ve written in to corp and I never even got a response. This location has been open over a year now and still crappy. Not to mention they constantly mess up my drinks. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

This Starbucks is always busy in the mornings. I don’t know how long the drive thru normally takes because I usually mobile order. Mobile ordering here is so much more convenient because there is always a long line of cars at the drive thru. I am always greeted with a smile and someone always asks if I’m waiting for a mobile order. I love it! Thank you morning crew! You rock.

In the morning it tends to get quite busy for the drive-through but they are pretty good with their wait time! I have not had to wait for more than 10 minutes and for the morning rush — that’s GOOD! Barista’s are super friendly, always very welcoming and thoughtful. My go to drink is hot white chocolate mocha and this one time one of the barista there recommended me to have it with caramel drizzle on it. It was probably one of the best decision I have ever made. OH! They actually spelled my name correctly!!!

Horrible Starbucks. Staff so very very slow. The line was back at the door, just one register opened.

Like that this spot is close to the freeway. Big parking lot since it’s next to hotel and other shops. Never even been inside, but they have good size drive thru. I really like the new order screens since you can see who you’re talking to. Welcome to the future.

Stopped here on weekend trip. Close to freeway. Long lines at the drive thru. Café empty … Staff not eager to help you because they are doing the drive thru. Long wait for coffee even though no one else in here. Had to ask them to please make my coffee. Rude staff… It’s not the nicest Starbucks but if you prefer a drive thru by his is the place for you.

Just got a cold brew coffee here. Of course the coffee is good but couldn’t understand why the barista poured the coffee and syrup, but just had it sitting there, went and serve three other coffees then put the ice in my drink and gave it to me. So he couldn’t just put the ice in before he served the other drinks? Is it really about the order of the drinks? I would think being efficient is better in this case? Always had poor and slow service.

Ordered a tall(12 oz) soy iced Latte. It looked more like iced plain soy milk! So bad. Where’s the expresso? It took 25 minutes inside to get this drink with only 2 people in front of me. You have to pay an extra 60 cents for soy? Why? Even if your drink is a tall. I took my drink to the register and let her know I’d like to add an extra shot to my drink since it tasted like plain soy milk. I had to pay $ 1.75 for an extra shot to make this drink drinkable. I thought the extra shot would make it drinkable and don’t mind paying $ 5.50 for a Latte. However, what came out looked and tasted exactly the same as before. I even asked twice if he was sure he added a shot and he said yes. Maybe I spoil myself too much with Peet’s, Portola, and Kean where they actually serve coffee you can taste. If you’re going to spend $ 5.50 on coffee, go to Portola or Peet’s. You’ll at least get a 16oz for that price and not get charged extra for soy or almond milk.

How can a Starbucks get a 3? It’s gotta be the people people aren’t liking. I didn’t see any issues during my 4 hour stay there doing work. No mess ups, no fights, just coffee :) Good job team. The outside patio is nice.

Came by for a light breakfast the other day and the experience left much to be desired. Started off with the beef sausage croissant and it was mediocre at best. Starbucks’ pastries are now made by the San Francisco La Boulange. The beef sausage tasted stale and the croissant was more like a frozen hot pocket… The latte itself was poor. The espresso tasted burnt and the drink just tasted off… Service was friendly by the staff and some were even talented in their holiday Starbucks gear! ~$ 6/person after tax for breakfast

Its a fairly new location, right off the 55 freeway north, just before you transition onto the 5 freeway. Its sandwiched between 2 hotels, and located across the road from Micro Center. Its not a huge Starbucks, but still a decent store with 8 tables(to accommodate 4), a few counter high tables/chairs, and outside seating. The tables against the wall seem to have the outlets, and they were all occupied during my visit. There’s a drive thru for those who don’t want to get out of the car. Next door is a subway and a few other shops. Freeway close and friendly baristas earns them 4 stars.
