I stopped by today, and met Jose — he not only made a delicious sandwich, but I enjoyed talking with him. We chatted about local topics, laughed about other things, and I felt as if I was hanging out with a good friend. I have been here before and was pleased with the experience, but Jose elevated the event to a great time.

Always fresh and delicious! But sometimes I get the top part of the jalapeños and I have to take them out before I eat my sandwich but overall, very fast and very clean environment.

Still horrible. Creepy dirty little guy«Sam» wearing too much cologne eyeballing my girlfriend. I had the club sandwich. The tomatoes were soggy and the sandwich was not put together well. This place does not look very clean at all. This is the third time I have tried this location and every experience has been worse then the last. I will not be coming back no matter how hungry I am.

Don’t know why it’s 3 star. It’s a SUBWAY. They greet you when you enter«Welcome to Subway.» This store is clean and there is amble parking and places to sit down. Good enough for me to score it a 5 Star

Will not be back to this location. After ordering my sandwich, I stood at the register for 20 minutes due to the malfunctioning of their register. They were not able to take my card(I did not have cash on me). They attempted to swipe my card several times before contacting their manager or owner(not sure which) who then told them to reboot the register. Once turned off, they were unable to figure out how to turn it back on. After another call to find out how to reboot the machine, I waited through a somewhat lengthy process for the register to reboot completely. Once rebooted, they were still not able to take my card due to equipment failure. I stood at the register for 20 minutes with my order and was handed my card back with basically a «sorry» and left with no sandwich. As a business owner, if that was my store and my customer waited that long due to my faulty equipment, they’re leaving with a complimentary sandwich. As I was leaving, I asked«What are you going to do with my sandwich? Throw it away?» The response was«I don’t know.»

Stayed next door at the Fairfield Inn. We stopped by to get delicious cookies. At first we thought they were out because we didn’t see them on the counter. Upon further observation, the worker told us they were in the back, as they were cleaning out the display case. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. He knew I was checking in on Unilocal and wanted to make sure that I would receive a free cookie upon checking in … Ummm yes please! The bathroom was out of service due to maintenance. One of the workers left the front counter to finish cleaning the bathroom. He came back and thoroughly washed his hands and even put on new gloves. Yippee skippee for great service and happy helpful workers. Tips and tricks — be sure to get your receipt and take the one minute survey. You’ll also receive a free cookie for this gesture!

My daughter and I stay at the Fairfield Inn one night a week and often come here to get her breakfast and lunch before going to school. Usually there is only one employee helping customers, and he is a nice but very slow worker. If there is someone else ahead of us, it usually takes us 10 minutes to get out of the store. Today there were two women working. My daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich(I usually have the free coffee that comes with it. She ordered a 6 inch sub as well, and a bottle of water. When the girl rang it up, it was less than $ 10. We decided to add a cookie and the total was then $ 11.99. I asked how that could be, and she said it made it a meal. Okay, I would have thought that making it a meal would make it less. As I’m getting my coffee, I look at the receipt, and it did charge me for a meal, with a sandwich, bottled water AND chips for $ 2.65. And THEN it charged me for the cookie, another .75. But I didn’t get chips! I got a sandwich, bottle water and a cookie. So I went back to the counter to explain I was overcharged and the girl started arguing with me. She said that the computer turned it into a meal. I explained that it said I had chips but I did not. Then she said it was taking the chips off. No, it listed the chips as a component of the meal. She went and got the other girl who seemed to understand that the price was wrong, after I explained a bottle of water was $ 1.50 or $ 1.85(I can’t remember!) and I was charged $ 2.65 for it. She kept saying that it was the computer — they had a new system and that’s why it charged it like that. BUTITWASWRONG! It overcharged me. I did not order chips. We argued for like 5 minutes before they offered to refund my money. I told her to stop making excuses, she said in a very snotty tone that I wasn’t listening to her. I did listen to her, but all she did was make excuses and blame the computer. It is unacceptable to talk to a customer in the tone she did. What ever happened to the customer is always right, especially when the customer IS right? I’m planning to contact both the manager and corporate to let them know. How many other customers have been overcharged this way?

I work very close to this Subway so I come here pretty frequently for lunch. I’ve never really had any issues with the staff or wait time until today. I went in around 11:35AM with about 8 people ahead of me in line. That’s actually a pretty long line for this Subway, but I didn’t think it’d be a problem since it usually takes no more than a minute(if even that long) for each customer’s sandwiches to be made. But for some reason the line just wasn’t moving today. There were 2 girls working the lunch rush the entire time, a third one appeared to be on the phone in the back, whether it be for work or not, I don’t care. I also noticed a worker(taking her break?) and eating chips outside when I walked in. But 2 people only during lunch time is NOT okay. And these two girls were SOSLOW. You’d think they would feel some sense of urgency when they see a line that long. But nope, they were slow and didn’t seem to care. I stood in line for 18 minutes before I got to the front. Yes, I timed it, because it was that ridiculous. When I got back to my office I noticed that they didn’t give me any napkins and my drink cup had started to leak from the bottom. That’s really not a big deal, but you’re really messing up today, Subway. Consistency is KEY for food chains like this… Please, get it together. It’s all corporate offices around here, nobody has 20 minutes to kill in line during lunch.

I’m a fan of subway but this location can use some work. I know it’s new and they are(hopefully) working out the kinks but my first experience here was terrible. The guy making my sandwich was super slow and not only did I have to repeat my toppings several times, he seemed completely lost at making a sandwich. I understand that he is probably new but did they just throw him on the line without any training? And it wasn’t just him, the overall service was pretty slow and the entire sandwich line seemed unorganized. On the plus side the store is really clean and big, with plenty of tables and chairs. It’s close to my house so I’ll be back and will hopefully update my review.

Supper friendly fast clean and cool even when you order special of the day. Maybe not all employees have that sweet kiss-ass attitude but they can deliver fast and accurate service…

Sorry to give a new business a low review but this is the second time here when i get some crappy service. This time the Sanwitch Artist would stop and look at me after every ingredient, I had to say ALL of them twice! Then the guy at the counter forgot to put napkins in my bag, found out in my car. Same absent minded service I got last time here, seems like one of these places where the owner doesn’t care what is going on, as long as their money is invested in something.
