When I walked in, the guy at the front desk was really nice. The place is clean, the linens seem clean. I think that they should ask if the pressure is ok, or if you have any injuries… Just a suggestion. The lady who massaged me, put too much pressure on my knees, so that was quite awkward. The water tasted funky and weird. I like that they have a stamp card.

I give 2 for the actual massage and 4 for the environment. Let me explain: I’ve had my fair share of reflexology places ranges from $ 15-$ 30. It’s my first time here and I can only base it on today’s visit. It was $ 25 and I requested a gal and she was just meh today. No pressure points, no pressure, no nothing! It basically felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me. If I ever come here again, I’m gonna request a dude next time. The lotion they use on your feet is grainy so I understand someone else’s reviews stating that they were rubbing sand on her feet/legs. As for my back, I’ve had skin on skin rubs where they unhook my bra and go crazy on my back getting all the kinks out of my neck and back but she didn’t do any of that and just put a towel over my clothes and rubbed over towel with her forearm which I barely felt As for the environment, when you first walk in, the waiting room is an actual room with actual walls that divided the room vs curtains as walls where you could hear everyone that came in that wanted an appointment or had questions. It was much appreciated during my massage. There was little to no talking amongst the employees and those who were done, were also quite as they were exiting. BUT I now have to pick my poison: do I come here and get a mediocre massage but quite environment or do I go to a place that REALLYGETSIN it to win it but is noisy. … 1st world problems

I honestly love this place. My friend introduced me to it and now I’m addicted. If you’re looking for a fancy massage with all the frills, this isn’t the place — but if you’re looking for a massage that will work out every possible knot and make you feel boneless after, then this is definitely the place. Plus, $ 25 for an hour massage is amazing. I would go every week if I lived/worked a little closer.

I’ve been coming to Sunnys since before it even had its grand opening. I’ve never had any complaints and always left feeling good, but today was by far the worse«massage» I’ve ever gotten. The gentleman working on me wanted to be anywhere else than giving a 90 minute massage. The leg/foot massage was him just rubbing in the special lotion that feels like sand. Yup— sand, my legs are red up and down from where he just kept rubbing the product in until it was pulling away skin. I think he fell asleep twice during the foot massage because once he jerked himself up and it woke me up, the other time he just stopped working for a bit until I shook my foot and he began running– not massaging, but rubbing. The entire 90 minutes was him rubbing, My back and neck feel worse leaving than when I came in. Oh well, hopefully next time will be better! You win some, you lose some. I will be back, but I will never get the paraffin treatment again. ** I left a $ 8.00 tip while paying with card, somehow a $ 10.00 tip was taken out of my account…**
