I switched from Louise at Golden Shear to Nahid and I’m very happy because she actually goes out of her way to please her customer and do exactly what you want, she doesn’t argue, she is very sweet and nice and very professional and by the way if you ask her for her input she will give you her advice, she is very honest with using good products and doesn’t cheat on my hi-​lites, she does it almost from your scalp, very close!
She currently is at Ritz salon and here is her number (714) 624‑5435. You will like her, she is a gem.

Barbara was fantastic! She fit me in the same day and listened to everything that I wanted. She delivered better than I expected! Highlights were the perfect shade and the haircut was better than the pictures I brought in! She worked with me for 3 hours to get it just right. Will definitely recommend her!

I’ve never met someone so rude and disrespectful. Barbra did fine on my hair but she was so rude and disrespectful from beginning to end. My mom bought me a Groupon for here so I went. I don’t recommend this place at all!

I found this salon on Groupon. I wanted to come in on a Friday (I book a month in advance) but was told they had no openings that day. Was disappointed to spend my Sat. off at the salon but was happy with the results.
Barbara was very professional and friendly. She was dressed in a skirt with stockings and tastefully groomed to the nines. I bought the $ 55 special including *Haircut and blow-​dry *Deep-​conditioning treatment) with single-​process color. She took me on time but I did not leave for 2.5 hours. My hair is quite short but she made sure to concentrate on the hair around my face which is white and doesn’t hold the color well. Barbara was very precise and paid attention to detail. The salon was pretty quiet and relaxed. I was very happy with my cut and color. I would return again.

I made an appointment with Barbara for a haircut and color (Groupon deal). When I walked in Barbara informed me that she doesn’t have time for me. I reminded her that we previously talked on the phone and arrived on time but she insisted that she needs at least 3,5 hours for a single color (what?!) and I should come back the next day. Needless to say, I left the salon never wanting to come back. I understand overbooking or other issues but I expect to be informed about them in advance so I don’t waste my time.
I completely agree with the previous girls: customer service is unacceptable. I didn’t hear sorry even once when I was told that my appointment has been canceled.
Also, the salon was empty and creepy. There are at least 5 hair salons nearby and a Sally’s Beauty store. I went to Sally’s and with great help from one of the employees I bought a developer and hair color. At home I applied the color, left it for about 20 minutes as I was recommended, wash it out using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and voila! I have a nice medium blonde hair! The whole process was very simple, it took 30 minutes and I paid only $ 10.
Go to Sally’s if you are in need of a new color and skip this creepy hair salon!

I don’t remember her name lol but she wasn’t friendly and seemed to have a pretty bad attitude. Very bad customer service! Save yourself money and time and do your hair somewhere else.

I used the groupon deal that includes hair cut, conditioner and blow dry. It was $ 35 because my hair passes my shoulders. Barbara did a great job cutting my hair and blow drying it straight. My hair feels much healthier now.

Having thick, curly, frizzy hair, I’ve always resigned myself to simply accepting whatever terrible haircut a poor put-​upon stylist decides to bestow upon me. Then I met Nahid.
Nahid is the first stylist I’ve ever met who’s been able to actually cut and style my hair. I left feeling beautiful with a chic straightened bob cut, and the next morning, after my shower when my hair curled up again, it was somehow even prettier! I live in Texas but my family lives in California and I will be saving my haircuts for my visits to SoCal, where I can call upon Nahid. I cannot speak highly enough of this woman.

I got a Groupon deal from them and was able to make an appointment the next day. Barbara was so nice and she did a great job with my hair. I got a cut, color and conditioning! Thank you!

NAHID nailed it again! My hair is always perfect, and today she cut my boys hair again… perfectly! She has degree from Iran and from America… so she knows her business! I highly recommend her! Thanks Nahid! You rock girl! Louise

This review is for Nahid who is a great hair stylist at this location in Tustin Village near the italian market. Both me and my wife had haircuts recently and it was one of our excellent salon experiences ever. I had called her up and she agreed for our haircuts though it was her day off. We were 15 min. late still she was patiently waiting for us. The cost was only $ 10 for me and $ 20 for my wife (regular it is only $ 15 for women, for straightening $ 5 extra). Kid’s haircut is only $ 8. We would be definitely going back — she is now our permanent hair stylist while we stay in OC.

I love Vivian, she does me and my mom’s hair! Never had a problem with her and she’s excellent with men’s haircuts too :)
