I have lived in a few different stages, and have always been a buffalo’s fan. It was my go to place for wings. I’ve given this location multiple chances and every single time it disappoints. The wings often are cold, sauceless, and missing part of our order. Buffalo’s isn’t cheap for wings so take your hard earned money elsewhere, folks.

Wow. What a difference when someone is really concerned about customer service and quality of what is expected of a Buffalo Wild Wings. Great job by the new manager. If you have been dissatisfied in the past, give them another opportunity. Food and service are way better! Glad to know when you want BW3’s you don’t have to drive to Longview or the Metroplex.

This is my favorite place but the service sucks. Takes 15 minutes for a waiter to come over and they are dead.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings In Tyler TX tonight. The service has really turned around. Got to meet the manager TJ, and she is a pleasure to be around. This place was a wreck before, but now it was a great experience. Everyone around the Tyler area, should give this place another chance.

Food was decent. Messed up the order several times. If it was just about the food the rating would be higher. The service is what makes the place suffer.

Wings are pretty good at BWW. However the service at this location is TERRIBLE. We have been there multiple times and have now vowed to never return. It takes forever for them to take order. 45 min later your food has not arrived and drinks are empty. When they bring your border it’s not even close to what you told wait staff. One on occasion the manager had to fire a cook. Too bad since Tyler needs good sports bar.

One stop for Spicy chicken. Deserves 5 stars. All the items are awesome. Thai curry, fried jalapeño’s, barbecue chicken especially.

Horribly dirty restaurant. From the dining area to the ladies restroom. Our Buffalo Chips were so soggy we had to send them back. We never received napkins. My boyfriend’s beer sat at the beer well for 10 min, in the meantime he had nothing to drink. I never got a refill on my water until I asked, and my mouth was on fire Where was the manager? Who knows. I saw quite a few servers hanging around, but never a manager checking on tables or picking up trash on the floor and on the tables. Tsk tsk We will not be back. I’d rather just warm up frozen wings at home. At least I’d be in a clean environment. Oh and not one person said thank you…

Decided at the last minute here. This time was way better then the time befor. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was very friendly. Food came out in a timely manner and our orders were correct. As we finished our meal the manager stopped by and asked if he could get us any to go drinks. We let him know how great our visit was compared to the last time. He told us that the store had been recently bought by corporate.

.So this past Sunday(11⁄15) i called this restaurant at 11am right when they opened. Waitress said it would be 15−20min for my order to be done. I arrive at 1140 to give them room for error because they are notorious for being slow. I go in and wait about 8min before even being acknowledged. Finally i approach the counter and tell them i had a call in order. The waitress goes to the back and i can tell something isnt right. She comes back and tells me they mixed my order in with someone elses. I speak with the manager and ask one simple question«How can i call at 11am and am still standing here at 1205 with no food. I thought the purpose of call in orders was to avoid the wait?» The corporate response was given and i finally got my wings an hour and 10 minutes after i called. I truly enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings but this one in Tyler needs help and fast. Ive been to BWW in other cities who are a lot busier and still get better service than the Tyler location. Get it together soon PLEASE

The only reason why you should come to this place is purely for the beer and food. Please save yourself a trip if you’re looking for competent, respectful service. Especially as manager, you need to be poised, attentive(aka not hide in the back office.) As this weekend is a holiday, my fiancé and I decided to go on a date night, we saw a movie and then came to the BWW for a late dinner at 9:45pm when they close at 12am. Plenty of time. We sat ungreeted for 20 minutes at the bar area(because the only server in this area Kyle, didn’t want another table), so we went back to the front and was seated. It then took 15 minutes took receive to draft beers that we ordered when we sat down. As this is going on, the manager in a green shirt just stares at us and shaking his head and laughing. The service in the front was more decent. No manager visit. Just awkward stares, pointing, and laughing. He’s pathetic. As we have sat down there has been at least three other couples who have come in and been given the same service.

0 Stars. EVERYTIME I come here the service is slow, clumsy, and unknowledgeable. I wouldn’t give a bad review if it were an odd occurrence but it’s NOT.

Good wings! Terrible service! Almost every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a bad server. The worst of all of them was when the server was too busy flirting with the guy at the table beside us that she forgot our drinks 3 times! When she finally remembered, didn’t make it to our table because she stopped to flirt some more! We were so shocked and mad, we didn’t know what to do but stare dumbfoundedly! What made it to even crazier, the guy she was flirting with felt so bad for us HE took the drinks off her tray and brought them to us!!! The best experience was when there was 8 of us and we waited over an hr for our food.

Not from Tyler but visit the area 5 – 6 times a year. Always go to this Buffalo Wild Wings while in town. Never had anything but good service. Went tonight to watch the NBA Finals game. Had in on many tvs in the bar area. Good food. Cold Beer! Best looking waitresses/bartenders I’ve seen at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Great service as always!

Webster’s definition of RETARDED: slow or limited in intellectual or emotional development or academic progress. The final straw was last Sunday evening, when my wife and I watched the employees at BWW exude actions of those that might suffer from mental retardation. Then, I shook my head, and said«No,» if they were retarded, they couldn’t help their slow mental functions, and would probably at least *try* to do the best of their ability. 9⁄10 times you’ll get a random, young moron, who could care less about cleanliness, customer service, or the mere fact that you even exist. If you complain to one of the Managers, yep, don’t fret, you’ll get the same look of confusion. Pretty much all of their current employees are absolutely worthless, but if we had to pick the BWW Special Olympics winners {Drum Roll}, they would be: 1. The young host boy with a disheveled look, and hair that resembles a mop. 2. The young girl, with obnoxious eyeliner, who serves in the family room. 3. The extremely loud guy, with dreadlocks, that tells everyone that he’s from New York.(He was actually drinking a Heinekin, while on shift) If there is a lone, bright star, it’s the girl that tends bar(usually has St. Louis Rams attire on during Sunday football). Yeah, she’s awesome, and actually gets it. Other than her: WORST.BW3.EVER.

So recently I have visited this place just to see if my friends were right. Indeed they were… This place is a complete dump. We sat at our table and it was covered in filth and sticky goo. The hostess who looked autistic came and cleaned it off with a dirty towel. Dirty cleaning dirty? As disgusted as I was, our server waited 30 minutes to come to our table. She said she did not know she had been sat. Clearly, there was maybe 20 people in the entire restaurant. And she didn’t see us? Nobody saw us. Apparently we are invisible. As I got my wings, I took a bite and after tasting frozen ice I spit it out. My wings were halfway still frozen. Nobody even bothered to check the temperature of the chicken or see that it still had ice on it! The server came back and I told her that it was still frozen. She looked at me like she was confused and took my wings without saying a word to me. Not apologetic, no «sorry be right back», nothing. Was I in hell? She brings another one back in about 5 minutes and says the cook was sorry. Uhh… Are the people working here all retarded? After she lays the wings down, a group of guys walk in wearing Affliction shirts and wranglers all beefed up with barely any teeth in their skulls. She runs over to them and has them sit next to our booth. Indeed, this is hell. That’s my review.
