The most delicious, wholesome, fresh lunch in town. The chicken salad is incredible! Salads are fresh, yummy baked bread, herbal teas! Can’t wait to come back!

Pretty excited that I found a place in the east Texas area that serves organic creative meals from scratch. I appreciate places like this for they are rare in a town so southern that all you really have for choices is a few sushi places and many upon many barbeque, catfish joints. Their menu changes often to whatever creatives ideas they have and I love that! I had the cilantro and ham soup with a half pita turkey sandwich with avocado, sprouts, and tomato. Their hibiscus and mint tea was heavenly. If I could take a pitcher home, I would have. I look forward to trying many items on their menu!

Another first time in. Lots of these. I had the usual Americano drink with lots honey. Also a real good choc chip cookie and the featured quiche which has never really been a fav food, but this was quite good. Great service and appears I just barely was ahead of the customer rush. Good stop here.

I had the quiche with spinach, cranberries, and bacon with a chicken tortilla soup. It was delicious! Nothing crazy, just simple and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s got a nice patio out back as well. The cashier was very nice and informative as well.

Very good organic food! I had the zucchini and Sun dried tomato quiche and the tortilla soup. I have also tried the caramel cappuccino. Yum!

This restaurant is so far out of the league of usual offerings in Tyler. Everything I have tried here, from the coffees, to the chicken salad plate with house made ceasar that makes you want to beg for a bowls of it, to the eggy popovers, to the ever-changing array of seasonal soups – you cannot go wrong. You will find yourself eating here at least twice a week. Organic ingredients, local artisans featured. This one is worth trying! Do us all a favor and frequent this place so they can expand and start offering dinners. Can’t even imagine what her wine list would look like

Chicken salad sandwich in a popover and a cup of Italian wedding soup was lunch today. Very tasty! The counter clerk was very helpful and explained the specials to everyone who entered.

Delicious and organic food. I had no idea I could find this in Tyler while traveling for work. Loved the chicken salad with beets, tomatoes, sprouts, feta and dijon. Soup of the day was an Italian Wedding… so good with homemade meatballs. Cute little seating area. I will definitely be back to try the quiche and gourmet coffee. I really felt like this place has a gteat atmosphere and definitely know you will love it.
