Very disappointed with this Panera Bread. The service is atrocious and the food is bad. The new Green Goddess salad was horrible. It was supposed to have chicken in it, but no chicken was found. You’ll find one tiny avocado piece in it maybe. I think they are trying to save money on salad and pass on the«nothing» to you, the customer. This has happened the last three visits. Never going back.

The last few times we have visited, they have been out of menu items. Tonight, they were out of cinnamon rolls and the sleelction of sweet breads was pathetic. This has happened more than once. They shouldn’t be out of cinnamon rolls at 6pm on a Sunday. Another time they were out of hard boiled egg that went in a broth bowl.

Sick of all Panera Bread Stores. They are a rip off. Too small portions, the chicken salad at this one tasted like swill. Won’t darken the door of any other Panera.

I love Panera’s commitment to healthy ingredients! The food is tasty(Love the broth bowls)! Their atmosphere is warm, but if you don’t have time to sit down and eat you can order rapid pick-up, or use their drive thru. The drive thru can be slow, but these aren’t pre-made meals, so allow time to put it all together. I also like the Panera reward program, because you get nice little freebies now and then.

I guess you can’t go to Panera too late in the evening when there is no supervisor on duty. If you do u get to hear about farts, singing stupid vile music, a bunch of back and forth talk that has no business taking place in a restaurant. Now they are blurring music from behind the counter and it just said F____!!! Nice U may want to skip this place. Our experience was very disappointing and ruined our evening with a very Un-Panera like atmosphere.

The drive thru consistently gets my orders wrong and they are rude. I don’t think it is worth going back for the price.

Food is great! Drive thru is a beating everytime. Staff is rude and you always have to repeat your order. Half the time you will get back to the office with the wrong food. I would rather go down the street to Mcalisters, its cheaper, faster, and friendlier.

Out of half the breads and tried changing my sandwich bread without telling me. I’m allergic to sesame seeds in the bread she changed it to.

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. Food is always good and fresh. I like their bagels, soup, and sandwiches. Some of their bread that they serve with soup and pasta is tougher but I think that is the style of some of it.

$ 15 for a mediocre lunch with very small portions. Chicken on my pasta had no flavor and I’m pretty sure it came straight out of a can. I have had this same experience at other Panera’s. Never again.

Bread? Really that’s what you call it. Mine and my friend thought it was tough. Sandwich tasteless. Stick to the salads.

This is easily one of the worst customer service experiences in Tyler, TX. It has been for over a year. Today is my last time there. The manager of this store(Stacy ?) would not come out from hiding in the back to answer a question. The food at this particular location is mediocre in comparison to other Paneras we’ve been to. I love Panera. I will not be back to Tyler’s location.

Always like panera bread. The food was not as fresh tasting as I had at other locations, but they had a ton of great seating inside & out. The help seemed to be cheerful & on their game. The dining area & bathrooms were kept clean.

My experience has not been a good one overall. However, I do love the seasonal themed(baseball) iced sugar cookies but they NEVER have them available for purchase. Every time I go 2pm or 5pm, they are always out. I have gone there about 7 times thus far and have only been able to get them twice. The last time I was there was at 5pm, I went through the drive thru and tried to place my order for the special… buy a drink and pay .99 for a dessert item(the iced sugar cookie) so I gave my order and I said, do you have the iced sugar cookie and she said I will have to go check. She came back and said, no they were out. Figures! So I said, well I’ll just pay for the Napa Valley chicken salad sandwich on chibata bread. No drink. No dessert. So I drive around to the window to pick up my order and got to the window and the attendant said, Ma’am, we are out of the chibata bread. Now it’s 5pm and they are open till 10pm and you are out of chibata bread. Really!!! Like don’t you make your bread and cookies in house, yes she said and that was it. So I said, OK and drive away with nothing for dinner. I really don’t understand how you can operate a business and stay in business when you are always out of your products that you are supposed to have available to sell to the public.

I love Panera Bread. And, now that I’m Unilocaling… I wanted to write a raving review of the place. Came in on a cold & cloudy day… Ordered the Pick 2 /Fontina Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato soup.(x2 — my wife had the same thing) To my chagrin, it took a long time to get our order & both of our grilled cheese were COLD by the time we got them. How does this happen? It’s a basic comfort food meal«souped» up a little & it was botched. I will come back(it’s the only Panera in Tyler) and I will review again IF they wow me.

My husband and I eat at the Panera Bread in Tyler often. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere. I would prefer if they had more booths instead of tables, but that’s just my wish. We have tried several different things from the menu; including soups and sandwiches; and we have loved it all. The service is always fast and the waiters/waitresses are friendly. And the tea is delicious!

The French Onion Soup was not very good. The broth part was thick, croutons were sprinkled in instead of bread, and it was topped with some shredded cheese! Not what I would expect ATALL for French Onion Soup. I just did not care for the taste of the broth! This was the 2nd time I ate the soup and the last!

This was my first visit to Tyler’s Panera. I truly appreciate the free wifi, but you can get that in many places. It’s the food at Panera that never fails to satisfy. On this visit I enjoyed their Greek salad. Suffice it to say I will order it again. Deliciously fresh veggies topped with a taste bud pleasing dressing really hit the spot. If you live in Tyler and need a place to unwind, work, or study with some delicious fresh food, drop in. You’ll be glad you did.
