Wow. Literally the worst Pizza Hut establishment in the USA. Order from anywhere BUT here. I’ve attempted twice. Both horrific fails. First order they brought me the wrong pizzas and told me they’d bring the right ones. The never returned. Ended up getting the right pizzas 12 hours later. Second attempt it took over two hours to deliver my pizza. This store needs to be investigated by corporate and fire all their horrible staff.

DONOT waste your time or money with this establishment. I have tried them three times now, and every time they have completely messed up the order in numerous ways. One«solution» to fix the messed up order wasn’t even done correctly. If you still want to risk it, just know, that when they mess up your order they never offer a solution equivalent to their mistake.

Soooo I’m pretty lenient when it comes to pizza places. I ordered from them a few weeks ago. One of the box deals. My boyfriend and I got the box and it was missing the breadsticks and marinara sauce. So we called and said it was missing the breadsticks and marinara sauce. They brought the breadsticks but no marinara. Called again and they brought the sauce and gave us a $ 6 credit(thanks, that was totally what we paid for our order that you guys messed up TWICE.) Anyway. We are pretty forgiving and they said the kitchen/boxing crew was new. We assumed a few weeks later would be better. Called and ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and used our $ 6 credit from the order they messed up last time. Made them repeat the order to us just to make sure. The pizza comes and it’s COMPLETELYWRONG. the toppings were close enough to tell that it was supposed to be our pizza. But they added the wrong sauce and used the wrong meats. But at least we got our cup of marinara on the side. I would give them 0 stars but I can’t post a review with 0 stars. Do better.

Spit lovers pizza, don’t order from them. When I called to order the employee was more busy laughing it up than attend to my order. We have ordered delivery several times before and magically we were no longer covered by their delivery. When told to contact a new number closer to my location the number provided was disconnected, called them back and was finally given a number which didn’t answer and we were automatically directed to their call center somewhere in «THEHOOD» land, the agent was chewing bubble gum loudly and correct me if I am wrong but she popped her gum about a dozen times within one second since my wife had laughed so hard since she heard people could do that. We were asked for a telephone and address and last I checked we speak English in this country… I could be wrong and when I repeated my address slowly the agent hung up the call. Called the number once again and we when we asked for a supervisor the new agent’s demeanor changed like a switch and gave me a monotone«HOLDPLEASE» once I had explained I needed to file a complaint against the first agent. The supervisor then answered me and when stated I wanted to make both an order and a complaint the claimed supervisor cold transferred me to someone who had no idea what was going on. In the end we were too scared to order anything after the whole ordeal in fear that it would be contaminated with gut wrenching unnamed toppings. Moral of the story order from them if you want the worst service and get spit lovers pizza toppings.

These people are the worst. They don’t want your business. I’ve actually witnessed them ignoring the phone. So they can talk to their friends that walk through the door. And their customer service is beyond lacking.

I have had numerous complaints regarding this store and the management. I will no longer order from this place. How can a franchise be out of one of your most popular products not once but 3 times? How can they not keep their store stocked up on their products? Another problem is how @ 9:45pm you are 2 hours backed up so no more delivery orders. There has never been«a we are sorry/we apologize for any I convince this has caused». Nor has there be any type of compensation. Boycott this location!!!
