Lamco Systems

Lamco did all the HVAC work in our condo. We have not had any issues as of yet. We had heat all winter without an issue. We had someone come today to install our AC unit and he was very nice. I asked a ton of questions and he was able to answer them all. As of right now, I would recommend Lamco.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The absolute worst quality HVAC work. They installed an HVAC system in a new construction a few years back. A week later they had to come out and fix the exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms because they didn’t even connect it. Now, through an energy audit we discovered that the system is so leaky that it possibly caused mold. It also does not push the air into half of the house so even if the AC is on all the time half of the house is not cooling down. The HERS rater told us that the type of work that was done was atrocious. There are holes everywhere and this type of system would never be allowed to pass an energy test. We asked them to come out and fix this issue and they refused. Stay away from these people. They don’t know what they are doing and you will have to spend thousands of dollars to fix their shoddy work.

I’ve been using Lamco for over eight years. They are so sought after that you have to call a month in advance to schedule a service appt on your boilers or air-​conditioner.
The guys are really friendly they really helpful and knowledgeable and they’re good for maintenance and installation. I’ve never had any problems with them and I highly recommend them
