I ordered a pizza and a calzone from them and found the pizza to be over all tasty but thought the calzone was empty inside. I don’t think a calzone should be as flat as the pizza. Their salad was good and would probably give them more stars if it wasn’t for the calzone. Its nice to have a store with delivery in town but will probably only go to them if I don’t feel like driving.

I have yet to get a bad meal here. I love the salads, the pizza is thin and delicious. I love the pizza sauce. My daughters favorite sub is a BLT without tomatoes, add pickles, and no mayo. No one every gets it right, except here. They have always gotten it right. After school you can find the kids from the school up the street all lining up. For me that says everything, kids are not going to eat what they don’t like, but there is a dozen in here each time i stop. They have an app(apple phone user) that makes things so easy. I often place the order while at work where i can not make a phone call and it is always ready when I get there. To make it even better, Mario is a really nice guy. With lots of pizza shops in the area, that sets this apart.

Tried it tonight for the first time and I think the chicken was alright. and the pu pu Italian dinner and that was delicious. .however we ordered it took over an hour to get there and they do not know how to make Salads correctly as listed on there menu. simple caprese Italian salad is simple they made it look like a garden salad for a huge price ! FYI by the time the food got there it was all soggy

Been by here a hundred times… today I stopped in for a slice. Very good pizza. Nice cheese combination with just the right amount of sauce. Nicely made dough… tastes fresh to me. I like my crust crunchy more than soft. I will be back here again for a whole pie cooked well done.

Formerly Tyngsboro House of Pizza, Mario’s Pizza is a casual pizza shop located in a small office building along Route 3A in Tyngsboro, just north of the Chelmsford TL. The place is very cozy which is order at the counter with overhead printed menu board and has 5 – 6 tables for eating in and a flatscreen TV in the corner above the entrance. Mario’s serves up traditional Italian style pizzas(12″ &16″), specialty pizzas(16″), Sicilian pizza, calzones, pasta dishes, hot & cold subs(8″ &12″), salads, appetizers, and cold drinks(Coke products & energy drinks). Pizza slices offered here too. They offer special deals on pizzas and coupon menu specials. I stopped in at Mario’s for takeout very recently. I ordered a 16″ Chicken Pesto Pizza($ 13.80) and a Chicken Cacciatore($ 8.25) with Garlic Bread and used the Special #4 Coupon for $ 4 Off Any Order Over $ 20.00. Total came out just over $ 19 with tax. However, the prices on the printed menu and the menuboard PRICESDONOTMATCH with higher prices posted on the menuboard. On the printed menu, the Chicken Pesto Pizza was $ 12.99 and the Chicken Cacciatore was $ 7.29. They really need to update their printed menus with the correct prices as to relieve any confusion and discrepancies in the actual pricing. The food was ready in about 15 minutes as promised. As for the food, I liked it! The Chicken Pesto Pizza was topped with tender grilled chicken, pesto sauce and mozzarella cheese with a soft and chewy thin crust. However, artichoke hearts were missing from the pizza, which should have been included as stated on the printed menu, BOOOO… The Chicken Cacciatore served in a rectangle foil container had soft thin spaghetti tossed with tender grilled chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms, in a zesty tomato sauce. So far, I haven’t found a bad pizza place in Tyngsboro and Mario’s Pizza is no exception. I think all of the pizza places in town(plenty of competition) have stepped up their game!
