I can’t believe no one has reviewed this location. They have a pretty good selection and have great customer service. I went in to try to figure out the manufacture date of a bag my gran gave me. It is older than their database, which only goes back to the 1980’s. The bag comes with a great story about her first time being able to buy a luxury item for herself and the Coach store where she was working in Chicago being the only place that would sell her something. We are from the South, and this bag is apparently old enough to be from a time where certain stores would overtly or covertly not sell to people of color. Though if you look at my review of the LV in Tysons, those days may not be over… but this is about Coach. Amanda the store manager is a lovely person with great energy. She took on this little adventure of mine without hesitation, offering to reach out to the Coach archives to help me figure things out. I brought the bag in and she showed me how to use their moisturizer to start restoring it and even gave me a new dust cover for it. While I have a few Coach bags, I didn’t buy a thing on either of these visits. She knows that I will though. When you invest in a customer, they will invest in you. When they get in some red bags near the holidays or some of the re-worked saddle bags I will be there. Regardless of the outcome, I think both my and my gran’s experience speaks volumes about this company and its employees over generations. Classy, American original — I will be back for more!
