This is such a local asset! I could not believe how easy they made my shipping chores. I went in feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the postal stuff I needed to accomplish, they took it all out of my hands, and with really gracious and friendly service. I had fun looking at the nic naks they have for sale around their shop too. The owner even calmed down my cranky 5 year old by giving him a snack. I was pretty impressed with that lol. I highly recommend this place. They are awesome.

A very trustable and punctual establishment. I left some items at Orr Hot Springs and this place is their shipper of choice. They called me to arrange payment for shipping and I received my package promptly with all of its original contents inside. It brought a smile to my face because certain items could easily have gone missing. Here’s to honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Mrs. Nancy is the best owner/​person I have met that comes remotely close to my Mamaw whom I think the world of. Mrs. Nancy always makes me feel welcome and seems genuinely happy to see me when I walk into the door. Not to mention the extra mile she, as well as the rest of the wonderful family who owns this great store go to just to make sure I am pleased with every situation that they can control (Because let’s be honest and say mail and carrier services can be pretty unpredictable at times). The wonderful family at holes in the wall always do their part and I would/​am recommending any and everyone that lives around the Ukiah area to go check out their establishment. They get an A+++++++++++!!!

I really appreciate this little place. When i need to mail a package or letter and dont want to go to the post office. They always help me package stuff and offer
several mailing options. That is cool. Also while i wait they have a great little gift store with an eclectic array of home décor., art, misc., markers/​stationary, oddities… really unusual. The store is clean and comfortable to browse in. There is no sales come on. Would enjoy going there with my wife to show her.
Will continue to utilize this place.
