I would give this place a negative rating if it was allowed. In all my years of wearing eye glasses I have never dealt with such unprofessional office as this one. Kristy Dill the administrative assistant does not do her job. It took me over a month after paying for my glasses to receive them. After the fist date my glasses were supposed to be there I did not receive a phone call to pick them up, so I called and Kristy told me she needed to call the manufacture to find out what was going on. The next day I still had not heard back so I called Kristy again that afternoon, come to find out she hadn’t ordered them. I asked how long it would take till they would be there, she said another week and a half to two weeks. So I asked if she planned on calling to let me know since she hasn’t once called me back anytime she said she would. She promised me she would. After 2weeks and 2days of not hearing anything I called Kristy again to find out what was going on. I was told my glasses have been here and she didn’t think she had the right number for me, she then read my phone number to me and it was correct. Instead of and apology she just said WEIRD and that I can come pick them up. So I headed to pick them up. My glasses were brought to the front desk and told to put them on and she said do they fill ok and can you see. I said yes and was told have a nice day. I wasn’t even handed a mirror or anything. So at this time I explained that this is by far the worst experience with an eye doctor I have ever had and thanked her for her unprofessional experience. I will never return here nor will I recommend them to anyone.
