I purchased a major appliance from Sears and the entire ordeal has been just an awful experience. Try Pardini’s or Home Depot, but DON“T trust Sears!

Bought a washer from them 5 years ago. My washer quit working. Called for a repair. Was told it was $ 79 for someone to look at it.
Not only did the repair guy show up late but said that sears doesn’t stock parts for products over 5 years old. He was quick asking forhis $ 79 though. Why couldn’t the person on the phone say that? They had the info in front of them.
No wonder sears is in financial trouble. I guess my $ 79 helped buy a shovel to dig their grave. I will never buy anything from sears again.
