Big Foot Spa

This place is ok. The foot massage is great for the price you pay $ 20. Keep in mind, it’s customary to tip $ 10 for foot massages. Basically $ 30 for a 60 min foot massage. It also includes a nice neck, shoulder, and back massage. The masseuses are Chinese and it can get a little distracting when they talk to each other. Would be nice if it was a bit more quiet in there. They are accommodating though. Bottom line, you get a good foot massage for the price.

Massage was ok, I will not come back, workers laughing and talking loudly I was unable to relax, plus they make you pay before you get your massage?

The only downside is I had to come back because they were busy. You can’t expect anything fancy here. It’s $ 29 for an hour combo massage. The foot massage was nice and the woman was really great about asking me if the pressure was OK. The full body one was amazing. She loosened up some really heavy knots. My favorite part was when she put a hot towel on my lower back and rubbed. It felt so good.

I come often, know what I’m getting, love the price, and will keep coming. It’s a great date with the wife! Sure they could improve on all of these things, but I know what I’m getting and I appreciate the hard work they are doing for that price and I tip very well to thank them.

May (Mae?) just gave me a good strong massage. Yes they talked loudly — I don’t mind listening to few giggles of someone having a good conversation that I don’t understand a word of. The rest, I just tuned out. The phone rang — to my surprise, she didn’t pick it up. I appreciated that. When I handed her the tip, she immediately checked how much in front of me. I never get used to that but oh well. That’s how these places run.
I will reiterate other reviewers’ comments that you need to set your expectations to what you pay. $ 20 for a «foot» massage that includes everything from head to toe for an hour. That’s it. Oh and a cup of cold water at the end. Don’t expect more.
I’d say that’s plenty for $ 20 plus some tip. I get that it’s not customary, but I don’t mind paying up front. You’re obligated to pay the listed price anyways. Keep in mind that most of these places will ask for at least $ 5 tip. Which, again, is uncomfortable and annoying if you really didn’t think the massage merited that much, but for one hour’s labor, $ 25 is quite cheap.
Lastly, many of the men at these «foot spas» are heavy smokers. Make sure to ask for a non-​smoker if you can’t stand the smell because they will get up and close to your face.

I want to give 0 star if possible, this is the worst ever service I have ever experienced.
I prepaid 18% gratuity at the beginning of the spa but the owner keep asking for 36%… I insist on that and the manager threat that our service would be very bad if we just pay 18%. What the hall is that?
After it is started, the massage person keep saying in Chinese: Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck the people giving 18% gratuity. We immediately stop the massage and walk away. We did not get the money back and nor apology either.
I’m never coming back again. if I could give them 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend anyone to come here

This place is nice and it’s pretty competitively priced. The chairs are my favorite. the tables are my husband’s favorite unfortunately due to the fact that they all yell to each other the whole time you’re getting a massage it does make it a bit uncomfortable and not relaxing. If you’re looking for a cheap massage you can go there if you’re wanting to relax don’t go there…

This is an amazing bang for your buck! $ 29.99 for a 30 min foot and 30 min table massage. And worth every penny! Only reason for a 4 star is they definitely focused on shiatsu. So if you are a whimp (like me) need to make sure they go easy!!!
I have read through the reviews posted on this place and one thing I will say is those who posted low ratings… YA PAID $ 20-​$ 30!!! You get what you paid for. And yes this place is very typical chinese. Yes they will talk to each other. Yes they will expect a tip. Yes it will hurt if you have never experienced an asian pressure point massage. Keep all of that in mind and you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a typical spa treatment, you are probably not going to get it for $ 30 bucks!

My Husband and I live really close by and we like this place for convenience. In addition, we love the cost for a 1hr massage to unwind after a long week.
Service — For $ 20 foot massage you get what you pay for. They use a massage chair and spend 30 minutes on your feet and then 30 minutes on your body. And it does the job!
Ambiance — This place has massage chairs in the front of the facility and some private room for full body massages. They don’t mind talking while their massaging. And I cancel that out by listening to music. Their phones ring and they pick up. So your average not so «Spa» like foot massage entity.
If you’re looking for a place to get knots and some tension off, great place. Don’t expect a spa like experience. They do charge $ 2 for using your card so beware of that!

They don’t speak English and are very rude. Creepy inside too. Dark and smelly. Gave me the heebie jeebies.

If you can get in. I highly recommend this foot massage place for a mere $ 20! Its not a spa or anything like that, so don’t expect waterfalls and frills. What you will get is a good foot massage with a scalp massage. Come and check it out!

Never coming back again. This place has absolutely no etiquette and no consideration for their customers. How do they expect to run a business the way they serve people? When I first got there, the lady at the front counter was on her phone while two women were getting a massage. She was loud, and got even louder when her friend came in. They were talking so loud that one of the women who were getting a massage had to shush them and then they went outside.
When the woman came back to the front desk, she demanded my mom & I to pay BEFORE we even got our massage. That’s not how it usually works when I got to other places??? When it was my me and my moms turn I felt the massage was very rushed and careless. My lady didn’t care much about getting deep in my muscles are taking time to really massage. It got relaxing once she got down to my feet and I was actually starting to fall asleep UNTIL the woman who was massage my feet and the other one massage my mom’s actually started having a LOUD CONVERSATION amongst each other??? like we came here for PEACE and QUIET and to RELAX. Not to hear women talk loudly in a foreign language.

One day after work, I had the most annoying knots that started from my neck down to my lower back. I was desperate and needed a quick fix. Every place I called near my home either was closed or didn’t have time for me. When I came across big foot spa on Unilocal,I was happy to find out that they accepted walk ins. The moment I walked into this place, I wanted to walk back out lol. I stood there for a good 30 seconds before anyone approached me. I told them I called and AGAIN, I stood there for another 30 seconds lol. It was obvious that they didn’t speak English so I tried to make it quick and simple. I chose the $ 40 full body massage with $ 5 hot stone and was a little shocked that I had to pay for the massage before having it. I was taken to the massage room after passing the weird foot massage area.
